What a wonderful place. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4+half hour visit. Spacious areas,animals very well cared for. Attended the Meerkat talk(lady very informative +excellent with the school children). Also saw the birds of prey display - 2 ladies very informative too.I would recommend to anyone.
A lovely place to visit with family. The animals are well looked after and staff were helpful and friendly during our visit. The kids absolutely loved the rainbow slide.The only problems seem to be a lack of clean toilets, the portaloos were unusable and one vape/smoking area for the whole site. The maze is 70 minutes long and in my opinion should have been closed off during our visit because of the amount of extremely slushy mud. If you visit after a period of rain, wear wellies!!

We went as a coach party /large group and had a fantastic time. Everything about the experience was EXCELLENT. The staff the atmosphere and the animals, play areas, cafe, food etc We’d highly recommend it! We also did the giant tortoise animal experience which was amazing and a really special treat incecin a lifetime experience for any tortoise fan. We’d definitely be back again.
