Really poor visit. An hour from entering to pizza being put on the table.Staff indifferent, wandering around aimlessly or chatting etc when trying to be served - very frustrating.Supposed to be a nice treat for the family- kids were just frustrated and hungry. Doubt I would return- can't do the basics.

I went to eat dinner with my family and we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. Especially loved the desserts.
Lovely big restaurant, intimate nooks. Quick service with a smile. Only marked food down as our main dish was not pasta as expected. After mentioning to our server, she spoke to the manager and adjusted the price, which was unexpected and nice. Still upset that they havnt brought back the Veneziana pizza yet!Vegetarian options: Interesting options to choose from.

i’m coeliac and this is always the first place i think of for a nice dinner because they are just so vigilant with making sure my allergies are handled without making a fuss. their servers are so kind too, i lost a bag there and they were so understanding when i came back for itDietary restrictions: Great for GF, even have vegetarian GF options!

Pollo Pesto a great favourite. Was quiet but very speedy service from Lizzy and really enjoyed the dough balls.

the food was absolutely amazing and the price wasn’t bad at all so it seemed like it would be a great experience but no. the waiter was extremely friendly to us so we assumed he was very nice, we were trying to work out how to give a tip and told the man how much we wanted to tip and asked if we could do it on card. he requested we do it in cash so it actually went to him so we said okay and my friend gave him a £10 and said to then charge her £5 less on her card so he would be getting a £5 tip and he said he had done that. as three 16 years olds we were clearly very naive because when my friend looked at her account she had been charged the same amount as me and the other person we were with. he then never came back out so we felt awkward and just had to leave after about 20 mins waiting.

Unfortunately, had to wait 40 minutes for the starter for two then only one star come out yet that and they cleared to play. I question the second starter and said it would be another 5 to 10 minutes not good enough when you’ve been waiting 40 minutes manager was not very good. Pretty poor service. All round will not be going
