Paid via Google pay and have now started receiving marketing emails which I did not consent to.Expensive and slow service.

I used to work at Pizza Hut back in the 80's when they had a variety of different pizzas, pastas and the salad was pretty decent. The listed pizzas had generous toppings and suited most dietal requirements. I fact, the staff would tell you if you have gone overboard to make sure that your pizza cooked. My experience today sadly came no where near this. There was a wait, no worries. We were seated, and then ignored for more than 30 minutes. I had to go and tell the staff we were ready to order. OK, no worries, they were busy. Ordered a pizza with a couple of starters. This is when things started to not go so well. The pizza came before the starters. Not good. We were asked if we wanted the pizza taken back and wait for the starter. No, that, I felt would just cause confusion. From the look and the age of the staff, confusion would not be difficult. We had the pizza. Half way through that, the starters turned up. Both were cold. Asked for them to be replaced. Yes Sir, but when they came back, they were almost burnt to a cinder. Obviously, instead of fresh starters they were just sent through the oven again. I refused them and had them taken off the bill. All during this we had several members of staff ask how things were. Not good.As for the pizza, no seafood choice. Only veggie, something that was labelled as chicken and various incarnations of swine. We had 4 veggie toppings on a large pan pizza. Olives, mixed peppers, sweet corn and mushrooms. The number of olives could be counted on one hand. I don't mean a handful, I mean there were 5. That's less than 1 olive per slice. There were about about a handful of mushrooms, although, whoevers hand they used couldn't have been legally employed. All in all, not a good experience, not going to go again, and I would never recommend them. The only way I would eat at a pizza hut again, is if it were some kind of works do, and someone else was paying the bill.

Flexibility to split our group of 5 to a 3 + 2 this meant that we were able to sit quickly - one of our group has a number of food intolerances and these were readily accommodatedDietary restrictions: One of our party had intolerances of cow’s milk, wheat, yeast, groundnut & egg whites - she found it relatively simple to order an appealing meal and as this was as the end of a week’s holiday when we had eaten out many times was one of the very best systems of ordering

Despite it being quite, service was slow. You have to order and pay on an app, not easy when you dont have good signal. The food was a good quality just more expensive than i would have expected. We were able to have take out boxes for the left iver food BUT they wont give you take out cups for the drink that you have paid for...The salad bar was very average, cheap coleslaw and the mayo tasted odd, not nasty just odd...Will seriously think twice about going here again.Dietary restrictions: They do do a gluten free base option

Pizzas tasted ok. Vegetarian pizza when hot tasted better but edges were a bit hard. They had different options in salad as which one could explore. Service was good and place had enough seating.Vegetarian options: Buffet had Vegetarian Pizza and Margherita pizza. Also garlic breads were veg, along with salads.

Very poor quality food, the pizza was burnt and there was very little variety. The pasta was awful, tastes like it came out of a can, the softdrink dispenser made the drinks taste off, the buffet for 2 was £40 which I feel was £20 too expensive.Certainly won't be coming back.

When you can spend the best part of £10.00 on a fast food burger and chips the Pizza Hut buffet offers fantastic value, unlimited fresh pizza, salad, pasta, super dips, refillable drinks and as much ice cream as you can manage for £14.99. One mark down for ordering via phone, this was optional but you do feel obliged as to not be difficult.

Food was rubbish and pudding was burnt. Took so long to bring the food out that we left waiting for replacement pudding. Pizza had a very thin base and sides were cold and poor quality. Cost £50 and went away hungry.

Last time we were there, both pizzas were sad and disgusting as we're the other items. It's gibe very much downhill over the past years. Never again.

Cost over £60 quid for 3 of us. For that we got 2 desserts, 2 large pizzas and 2 sides and 2 bottomless drinks. The pepsi fountain serves sugar free pepsi drinks only. For me this is a little pricey but we went here as a treat we don't tend to eat at pizza hut often and we won't be back in a hurry. The pizzas weren't anything particularly great and if I am being totally honest Chicago town pizzas done at home taste as good. Average meal but service from waitress was friendly.

We know the food is good and we've always had good service. The restaurants are family friendly and always welcoming.

Our experience started well with a member of staff greeting us in a friendly welcoming way. We inquired about using our taste card (first time users) but felt unsure about the ordering system so politely asked for table service. From that point the mature member of staff that came over was rude, moody and seemed very put out by us. We found the whole experience with this waiting staff appalling and upsetting to the point I wanted to ask what on earth we had done to offend them. The salad bar was bland, not even a lettuce leaf in sight, limited choice but lots of jugs with thick pasty sauces. Our pizzas were overcooked - my husbands burnt with hardly any mozzarella. This is not what I remember from the old Pizza Hut days where cheese was plentiful and olives were included at the salad bar. I will, sadly never return to Pizza Hut after this experience. It is too much to ask for kindness and respect when your paying for a meal out…or even a half decent decent pizza for £15?

No customer interaction at all with mobile ordering. At least 8 staff members for a half empty restaurant all more interested in their ear piece than smiling and asking if meals were OK. Several walked past our table empty handed to stand at the bar and chat without clearing tables for a long time.Took 15 minutes after ordering to bring glasses for drinks. Took 20 minutes to bring dessert for my daughter long after her friends had finished their ice cream. Some food was burnt, some undercooked. Some Salad bar items were past their best and soft and soggy. No atmosphere at all.Used to enioy coming here but seems to have gone downhill!
