Friendly staff, quick service for how busy it is! Coffee was great as always (best chain coffee in my opinion) but the cookie was stale and cold which was a shame

Firstly, the staff are always very efficient and friendly and the food fresh and tasty. Please can you give special recognition to Zoltan. He was very helpful and recommended I try a mocha which was delicious! Thank you Zoltan for making my day!

I am never going to a Pret again! Overpriced coffee and cakes covered in flies! When I brought the flies on the cakes to the attention of the staff, all they could do was laugh!
It’s on the lower floor. Clean and tidy and had what I wanted: chicken Caesar and bacon baguette! Great!

Food is nice, but my greatest concern is the treatment of staff. I was with my family, and politely asked a young lady to clean the table, she came rushing to my help, but before leaving the till she informed her Manager that she was going to help me . To my surprise the manager shouted at her “what’s your problem? What are you doing” I was very shocked. The young lady dealt with the situation professionally and walked towards my table and cleaned it. The manager smirked away. I couldn’t believe this is how they treat employees, completely unacceptable and I hope they can enrol this store manager to take a course in etiquette and good manners. It was very uncomfortable watching this unfold in front of me.

It's Pret, it's like all the other outlets. Same good, same drinks. Very busy at usual times. Nothing special. They could use more staff at busy time to clear the tables.
