“I love Boston Tea Party usually but a little disappointed by the service we got this morning. I had to ask for cutlery for my breakfast, the server didn't check to see if I had any, also drinks were spilt on the table by the servers as they brought them on two different occasions and the servers didn't seem to notice or care. One occasion spilt some orange juice on my laptop. No reaction or apology. On the other occasion coffee was spilt but no attempt.to clean it up. They seemed to think it was ok and/ or their focus was elsewhere.”

“It's Pret, it's like all the other outlets. Same good, same drinks. Very busy at usual times. Nothing special. They could use more staff at busy time to clear the tables.”

“I find this a great venue to meet clients that I help as a McKenzie Friend at nearby Bristol family court for child custody and divorce financial settlements cases. It's big enough to have private conversations that others can't overhear and the food and coffee is of the usual high standard. The staff and very welcoming and friendly as well.car parking nearby mean it is a great place to meet people for a coffee”

“thank you Robbie, excellent service was super kind and helpful. was offered extra cheese free of charge for the wait time (keep in mind I only had to wait around 3 minutes). he was very kind and extra careful about contamination etc. sadly there wasn’t many veggie options, only two: veggie pattie which wasn’t in stock and vegan steak. would prefer more options.”

“Excellent service, especially from the two ladies that take turns to open up on a Saturday. I meet my family there nearly every Saturday, and have a coffee and cookie, sometimes a sub, and they are always so polite, friendly and helpful. Store is always clean, coffees hot and food fresh. Best Subway ive ever been in!”

“People going here need to understand that it's not a regular Greggs shop - it's an Outlet, where they sell off multipacks of seconds and surplus stock that is past its Best Before at bargain basement prices, and it's brilliant at that. Complaining that they don't do hot food or sell individual pastries is like complaining that the fishmonger doesn't sell toiletries- that's not what it's for. There's some amazing bargains to be had (2 Belgian buns for 60p! 2 vegetable bakes for 75p! 4 vegan sausage rolls for £1.70) and it's fantastic value. The quality does vary (the vegan sausage rolls I bought last week were still super fresh even after 4 days in the fridge at home, but even if they had gone soggy, which they hadn't, a few minutes in the George Foreman would have easily fixed that. However, the Belgian buns i bought this morning were a little on the stale side, but they were still delicious, and at that price I wouldn't expect perfect goods.)Yes, some of the staff can be a bit surly, but that doesn't bother me - I'm there for the cheap pastries, not for the ambience! And, to be fair to them, they must get so cheesed off with people coming in and moaning don't do individual sausage rolls all the time.Plus, they give a big chunk of the profits to charity - what's not to like?”

“With the subscription pret is great value for money without not so much, the refreshers are really nice but not worth the cost if not paying for club pret monthly”
