We ordered a pretty large order for a family celebration. Food was ready to pick up within half hour of phoning. Not only did they kindly discount a little off the bill, they added several complementary dishes to share, which our party was really grateful for and thoroughly enjoyed. Quite a few meals were ordered and all different. Everyone agreed the food was delicious and still pipping hot. A really enjoyable evening for Fathers Birthday who loves curry and certainly did not dissapoint. Thanks again Shadin for excellent food and customer service. We will certainly return and recommend.

We tried the Shadin for the first time yesterday based on it's ratings and we weren't disappointed. Andy and the staff are very welcoming and the food was great. Recommendation from 2 of our group was the tawa dish. It's listed as lamb but they will do chicken on request. I personally had the Jal which was also very good. The prices are very reasonable and you can take your own booze.We will definitely be returning again soon.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the entrance for easy access.

It was nice of the staff to put our drinks in the fridge. We were able to bring our own drinks without corkage fee. The food was incredibly delicious, I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic service, really chilled out & relaxed environment with a good ‘vibe’. AMAZING food. Asked for a Chicken Tikka Tawa, which was not a specified option on the menu, but a as accommodated - and was delicious. Great chutneys, lovely Garlic Naan. Just all tremendous.
Not the best experience ordering from Shadins. The food arrived late which was annoying but I suppose not unusual for a Saturday night take-away delivery however the food was luke warm at best even though the metal containers were hot. The chips and rice were warmer but also not hot. We had a chicken kurma and a kurma sauce as they didn’t have a vegetarian kurma option, also disappointing. The chicken was dry and both the sauce and meat seemed like it had been reheated rather than cooked fresh. In general the flavour & texture just wasn’t great & the curry looked almost a neon yellow. The order cost £24 for one chips, one rice, one naan, one chicken kurma & a kurma sauce. I don’t know how that compares to other places as it was our first take away in years. Overall it was a disappointing experience, especially as there were so many 5 star reviews online. I don’t think we’ll be rushing for another take away any time soon.

First time visiting yesterday, the food was exquisite and we were able to explain what sort of thing we wanted which they then cooked to perfection, and so much of it, was awesome value.The owner is a true gent and I would definitely return without question.

This restaurant may not be the swankiest, may not have the best decor, best location, or have posh crockery, but it deserves a 5 star rating from us. We are all about the food, our MD has been coming to this restaurant for many years ... since it opened and moreover has his own dish on the menu and we were very curious as to why he came here. Now we know, the food was simply amazing added Andy to the mix, with his left field sense of humour and you have a night to remeber.
