Wonderful news, staff have found my son's lost phone at the petrol station. Thank you so much! What a relief. Very helpful and friendly.

Don’t like white people in here

Always closes way earlier than advertised time. Supposed to close at 23:00, got there at 21:10 and it was already shut again. Happens most days.

It show's what is is open till 23.00, but it moustly shut from 20.00 till 21.00. So you newer know if you will get anything or not.

No longer sells LPG Autogas! Thank you SHELL of which, contrary to their motto, one can no longer be, 'sure of...' I am compelled to surmise the loss of the more environmentally friendly and cost conscious LPG Autogas facilities has arisen due to the refit. Another reverse advance then... I was intending to ask a member of staff but they scurried away eager to be out of the cold... Superb customer service.

So many questions!Have you got much on today sir? Yes very busy.Would you like a reward card? No thanks.2 bars of chocolate for price of one sir? Definitely, no.Would you like a receipt? No thank you, can I please just pay for the fuel and leave. One second sir. ?

Mostly good, friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed by the new app when I chose to pay £20 but it cut the pump off at £18.50. It only charged me 18 odd quid but I would have liked the extra liter of fuel and I guess Shell would have like my money. I like that they take hypercard now too. Pumps are a bit slow to fill car and generally the products are a bit expensive inside like most garages.

Decent Shell Garage, recently been upgraded with new pumps and store. Store is a Deli2go which sells convenience items. There is a Costa machine and a cash machine which is free to withdraw.

Was shut at least 20 minutes early, good fun when you're low on petrol. Especially if you've just been to the other shell garage which claim to be 24/7 but isn't. Can't recommend BP enough as they are open when they say they are.

I am not sure how they manage to price LPG 10p a litre more than those at Cribbs Causeway. It is actually cheaper to drive round to ASDA and fill up. It is also ridiculously slow to start up in the morning. The only saving grace is the reward card.

Very expensive petrol, Xmas Day prices on everything else that is in the shop too. Shame about this as very nice staff.

Often closes without warning and cash machine often out of cash. Would be more useful if it sold things like milk, bread and biscuits.
