Note: this hidden gem is on the upper floor!Food tastes like home, made with love.Service is dedicated.Atmosphere is secluded, musty, authentic, homemade. Price is twenty pounds per person for all the meals. There's a bring your own alcohol policy in place, a small charge applies - well worth it.All the people are on one long table, dishes get servedA hidden gem, alternative! And it should remain hidden, a hipsters vibe - it's that good. Most importantly, effort and love have been poured into this tiny crevice, culture pouring into the guests.Additional plus - you can buy home made kimchi. Show me a better place I'll wait.

Favourite restaurant in the entire world. Wizzys cooking is to die for. Her love is evident in every bite and her community spirit is a beacon in Bristol! The way that she approaches her business is something I wish was more common in today's industry.

Fantastic value and experience! So wonderful to be able to eat in an creative environment in this day and age of chain restaurants and inconsistent franchises. Great to support independent talented chef with ethical values and genuine care to give back to her community and be of service.Book it (if you can get a reservation that is!) you won’t regret it!

Unique experience, you’ll be able to eat lots of different dishes in one setting. I liked the concept of set menu and you get a lovely surprise in each course. We were absolutely full after the dessert so very good value for money as well. The only thing I would like to have had is the menu in detail and possibly the heritage of each dish? I wasn’t sure how a lot of things we ate were related to Korea. Probably because I don’t know enough about Korean cuisine.Anyway it was full of flavour and I was very happy to eat so many different kinds of food.

This is our 3rd time visiting with different friends each time. It has been a unanimous culinary delight each time and everyone has been in agreement. A wide variety of different and interesting food each time. Wizzy, the host, is absolutely lovely and very willing to talk about the food and cooking. It is very well worth a visit. Cash only and BYO, this is an awesome place to eat. Treat yourself (and it's very reasonably priced).

I wanted to love this place! I love an independent restaurant and SKK is that. Colourful vibrant food, but not THAT great. Restaurant was also cold and a bit grubby. Sorry, just being honest.

Had the set menu, which changes daily. It was varied and well balanced, with top ups available for rice and kimchi. Our waiter Luke was welcoming and friendly ?

The chef was shouting at the waiter throughout the meal which was horrible. It’s a shame because the food was good but the atmosphere was tense… not very pleasant

Thanks for the wonderful food! A lady that cook for passion! I really admire her! She is so inspirational. Hope she can continue to cook and do what she enjoys! She explained to me the dishes and said like to let us try diff dishes from around the world. Thanks again!

A great local find, shareing concept with no menu, Starters, Main and Dessert just appear. We some Tuna tartare with fresh fruits to start then whole fried Fish with Prawns & Shellfish & seared beef steaf with dill, Kimchee & pickles, then a chocolate dessert with Strwberries & Raspberrys. Based in an old shop its querky & good fun, One long table seats everyone (maybe 18 max)

I read online about this place and was curious to try it. The food was diverse and packed with flavor, offering a perfect balance of tastes. Seating is communal at one long table with other people so you get to meet and share a meal with strangers. We were quite lucky and had a lovely night. The venue has a humble charm that makes it feel like you're dining at a friend's place. It's a lovely concept.

Memorable meal. With an every-changing menu, it's great knowing anything you get there will be delicious

I'm not really sure what this restaurant is trying to be. We had a taster menu which consisted of a starter of some fruit, with confit pork. Both of which were nice, but took an hour to arrive. The main course was a series of mini dishes, all of which were pleasant, but didn't seem to have a cohesive theme. It included kimchee, mussels, omelette, whole prawns, potato in filo parcels, crispy anchovies, greek salad, korean chicken, and some others. This was also supported by a dish of rice with many - seemingly arbitrary - ingredients in it. The dessert was a chocolate mousse with various pieces of fruit in it. None of these dishes were by any means unpleasant, but it felt like an attempt to pack as many ingredients into a single meal as possible. None the less the food was well priced, though I did eat again when I got home.

What a treat! The menu is more or less fixed, for each evening (unless you have any allergies - let the restaurant know). Many different tastes and ingredients, with so much of it clearly having a great deal of thought and experience brought to the creation. The food is served to all at around 7:00 PM. Seating is on each side of a long table, so you're able to talk to your neighbours about the food, what brought you there, and indeed anything else while you marvel at the excellent meal.Cash only, so leave your cards, phones, watches at home! One of the best experiences ever!

Amazing food and a really nice atmosphere to make friends with others. It's a single long cosy table where you share a plate within your booked group. I went with another person and got served an amazing variety of food from cuisines ranging from Korea to the Mediterranean. Healthy, delicious food.Note it's BYOB, I'd recommend a bottle of white wine, which went really well with the food.
