Ordered a chicken wrap, and there was about 1 chicken tender in the whole wrap, so was left with quite a lot of wrap and no chicken. Staff also took a while to find our table despite having a number displayed, and they didn't bring the water we ordered.

Attracted by the poster CRUNCHY milkshake, and I’m sure their manager never tried their crunchy milkshake before, otherwise, they will realise how difficult to suck through their poor thin paper made straw, it is a joke, they expect your mouth is like a 12000pa vacuum machine. Remember, if you want to order this one, take your own straw

Chicken is pretty good, some might say it's better than KFC. Employees are friendly and service overall is good.However that isn't enough for me to come back, and I'll probably never come back because they only offer sugar free drinks, and I just can't drink sweetener, it's absolutely vile. Prices are out of this world, I think that's the most I ever paid for such a tiny chicken sandwich, it's basically a mini sandwich that will set you back £12 with fries and a sugar free undrinkable drink... I honestly feel like I was robbed.

4.1rating are you guys having a laugh one of the worst customer service first there is no place to sit down when there’s no person on the counter when we took the food and we finally got a table. Imagine you have a family of five and you don’t get a table all of a sudden you find a table and someone come up to you.You are about to eating they don’t have even this much manners and they said you are sorry on the weekend. When we get home missing the garlic bread. Shame on these people. Missing the garlic bread phoning them. Nobody answering the phone. Management is absolutely zero. I got all the receipts. And everything. Obviously I got the car payments. Where are paid with my card. Shame on you guys absolutely ridiculous, ServiceWe’re not allowed anybody with a takeaway boxes. Shame on you guys Extremely shameful Service absolutely zero star will give no manners at all counter people don’t smile at all one of the worst place to eat management is absolutely zero, they just looking at you like a dummies unacceptable. Went with 4 friends on a Saturday evening at 7, ordered food and when it was ready, they told us it was ready to take-away and we couldn't sit down and eat it. When we asked why they said they were closing?? Saturday evening @7 pm...closing?? Had we known, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Won't be going back there again. Rude staff.

Extraordinary, crowded with people eating, Saturday and Sunday are holidays, lots of people eating there. The food, especially fried chicken and french fries and fried bread, is really delicious.... for the price according to what we are fans of.. there is a package of 6 chicken, potatoes and bread... great. really okay... I have been here several times ..every time you go to Cabot Circus Mall..you definitely eat at Slim Chicken. Good ???
Bad customer service from the beginning. I asked if they could serve the chicken tenders ACTUALLY tender. They served me dry, fried chicken. Nothing was tender about it. One of the male staff approaches me and says we don’t serve undercooked chicken and if I want undercooked chicken I should make it at home. They started throwing insults at me FIRST. (No wonder I was being “rude”)Once I become annoyed with even our milkshakes taking a long time the staff accuses me of being rude. I asked for them to change the chicken and they try to justify the inexcusable and try to gaslight me. BTW this chicken tender was for an elderly family member. It was not my meal. I had the fried chicken wings which was fine. Look at that photo and tell me if this is worth £10.95!? Slim chicken staff thinks it’s ok to serve this! They said this is our standard of chicken tender. If you don’t like it tough luck ?. Subpar standards is their motto.

Food was delicious, had chicken tenders. Grandchildren had Mac n cheese with tenders underneath, very nice also not sure if I could eat whole thing tho.Kid-friendliness: Grandchildren loved being able to order using the touchscreen menu. Would have been nice for them to do something whilst they waited for the food to arrive, however they had 2 televisions showing different things.

Absolutely love Slim Chickens, every time I had meal from there it has been amazing. The chicken tenders are my favourite and I love Slim Chickens sauce, I also love the fact they have great selection with different sauces and the fries are always nice too. The drink selection is good too, I love the milkshakes. It can be a bit expensive for a lunch, but honestly worth it.

Ordered our food and within 10 minutes it arrived, freshly prepared and piping hot. Lovely taste, well presented burger and chips. Second food was the salad, again the same. Thank you to Rowland who cleaned the tables, then he came into take our order and then delivered this to the table. Really polite and professional. Top customer service from him. Thanks.
