Last minute coffee Christmas eve shopping, and the staff were so nice .we literally caught the cafe before it closed for Christmas and the staff were happy to serve us like the first customers of the day!Made a cheeky note of the staff , Taj, Annalise, Olly, Lam, Adam and Bee, sorry if I missed anyone xReally nice to see a all round great staff attitude, a rare thing in shopping today .Lovely coffee and the cakes, as always , ... naughty ! .Really enjoyed the visit, will be a guaranteed one for future coffee shopping breaks .

My friend is dairy free and ordered an oat milk toffee nut latte, and was sick driving back after having her coffee she was told was made with oat milk, but it clearly wasn't. When I asked the barista who made mine if it was the normal or oat she said it the normal but she didn't seem very confident.Dietary restrictions: Be careful when ordering coffee with different milks

Absolutely disgusting, the food was arranged so poorly that you couldn’t see anything, barely any items in there too. No drizzle round the cup of a caramel frappe, no topping on my toffee nut layer either, asked for oat milk was given normal, both drinks tasted watered down and the coffee was extremely burnt. Couldn’t get my regular as they didn’t have it, run out of everything not good enough Starbucks!!!! Avoid at all costs?Dietary restrictions: No veggie food
Loads of staff serving but SO slow. Tables dirty. Loads of used cups still on tables. And no oak milk!!!

Usual quality of drinks you can expect from Starbucks.The staff there are very nice. I saw them handing warm water to a family, presumably preparing milk for a baby.
