I was not particularly impressed with the variety of food choices nor the tidiness of the place. No one came to collect the mugs and wraps of previous customers, despite the shop almost empty. I could have barely understood with a very busy place, but completely empty? I understand that shifts can be exhausting, but it should not be at the expenses of the customers. I would not recommend it
Nice Starbucks in the middle of Bristol, staff were friendly and a good store overall. Had plenty of seats on ground floor as well and further seating on the second level. Lots of power points to charge your devices which makes it great to do some work from. Recommended

Visited this shop today as we had Hospital appointments in Bristol. Had to ask for it to be topped up as it had substantial foam on it. He did but stated it was full and the foam just went away. If it's filled up with foam, then it's not a full cup of coffee. Wasn't the warmest either. Place was clean and the staff were pleasant, just noticing a trend in Bristol where you get half of your order and the rest is wastage
