This Subway used to be nice but went in there today for the first time in a year and taken over by staff who don’t speak any English, no manners at all, and my son asked for 6inch and it looked more like 4inch. I said to them that no way 6inch and they said sorry don’t understand. It looked more like bread roll. The man was rushing putting ingredients in and we was the only ones there so wasn’t busy. WillNever go back here again, extremely rude

2 staff working Sunday, both were very rude, when I asked the female worker a question 3 times I was ignored then the male answered that no we could not sit in whilst eating and if we have to we have to sit at the front of the shop when asked why he chose to ignore this! However already ordered but won’t be coming back

went to the store at 9:20 to order a sub and was turned away as they were “closed” but on the website it says 10pm so this makes me believe either the closing times wrong or the staff just couldn’t be bothered. very poor service from subway. Disappointed.

Came in here for dinner.. I had the new pizza sandwich and it was nice enough.. My missus had the breakfast sandwich and i was impressed with that more than mine. Cant beat a subway there all the same really.. This one was clean the food was decent enough. Nothing really to complain about..

I visited this subway today,they try to charge me extra for no reason and they are low on safty standards.I had to cancel my order .I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

I’m really confused by all the bad reviews. I’m American so I know good customer service and this place has incredibly good customer service. The sweet lady behind the counter is always very smiley and kind and they make great sandwiches!

Cracking customer service and one of the best subways I've had because they're willing to respond to requests. Really great and friendly staff. Worth going back just for the service (and they make a super sub!!!)

No idea what is happening in this store but they no longer participate in any of the promotions and vouchers even though they advertise them and were more than happy to harvest my details with their app. DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP

has literally never got an order correct out of about 5 orders (spread over a year, each time hoping they might have improved...) yet again I have been proven right in my bets of what will they f up this time.. this time Chipotle sauce instead of mayo... now other way round not a huge issue as you can just add spice, however to my very spice intolerant partner, you can not un-spice Chipotle, forgetting to add ANY sauce, again, would be preferable as we can add mayo at home, but to add spice when only MY one wrap had it actually requested is not it.

Confusing menu , staff that don't readily understand English. Small coffee available only - overpriced and disgusting. Sandwich not prepared very well. Okay if you're desperately hungry but definitely gone downhill recently.

I went to this subway after God knows how long and what i can say is it definitely does look cleaner, but on the other hand i was shocked at the small amount of fillings which was like sprinkles to me on my sandwich?? Same amount i would feed my budgie.I paid good money for my sandwich n the guy was just putting sprinkles and i had to keep asking to put more. Secondly when i came in and asked about the toilets i was told they were out of use, cos the mopping had just been done?? This doesn't make a toilet out of use?? all that was required was a wet floor sign? So customers are aware of the wet floor, But I wasnt gonna argue with this, but i am stating facts that this is the way it should have been done, Maybe they just wanted to save themselves from cleaning the toilets even tho it was 5 hours away from closing time? So I wont be returning here any time soon.i just feel ripped off and fobbed off.

This is second time I ordered from here both times item are missing . Called the restaurant and they said they can't do anything maybe delivery driver took some food item.. Called just eat they also saying they can't do anything. Its may be just a small amount item but its cheating with consumer . First time I thought ok may be mistake so tried second time now I am 100% sure they are cheating .Second thing is that they are so so stingy with there nachos! The nachos came damp and barely had any cheese on it! It was not nachos it was just damp tortilla chips! Absolutely horrible food.
