Really lovely place, have been a few times and have always had lovely service and food. The place is always clean and well run too.

I went to subway yesterday around 15:10 and as I was approaching the shop I could see a women behind the till holding a receipt and screaming at a coworker. I was surprised by this image as you could clearly see her screaming and gesturing angrily with that receipt while her coworker was just looking at her not able to say anything. I decided not to go in anymore and go somewhere else as this behaviour is not only not appropriate but it's considered to be mental abuse. The office should look into what safeguarding is and how to train their staff better as this is not acceptable. I hope there will be measures taken about this as nobody should be treated this way. It's disgusting how this type of abusive behaviour is allowed.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times as it’s close to me and the customer service was as very nice and people were polite. However, when I went a couple of day ago, I was as in a hurry and I was served by what I assume is the manager as she was wearing a black shirt not a green one. She could see I was in a hurry and kept looking at the time yet she kept asking me a bunch of questions about how I want my food when I made it clear I just wanted something simple and she kept asking more. I think that a manager she should be able to understand customers better as she’s giving a terrible example of how to ask in front of her team. She should be a positive example not a negative one.

You put jalapeño in my sub and not pickles which were ordered. I’d say that’s pretty retarded. I’ve attached a picture of what jalapeños look like as whoever made my sub is obviously utterly clueless.

Never answer the phone. I ordered for delivery 4 of same subs, they sent just 1! Obviously staff can't read or understand that 4x something means we want 4 of the same thing

Turns out if u order a certain item off the menu, you cannot add or change absolutely anything on it! Could of quite easily added extra which i would of happily paid for but no, not allowed any other salads because its named a certain thing on the menu. Proper customer service! NOT!

Been a customer for a longtime but over that time the service has gone down hill, the salad boxes although quite large get less filling and there’s no spinach any longer. I visited last week and ask for the infamous subway melt and it’s not called this anymore, it’s ham and turkey with the addition of bacon at an extra cost. I asked the server for more sauce but I was ignored and she continued to wrap and go to the till. I won’t be going there again as fed up with miserable manager or supervisor as unsure.

I order often and always the sub is great, but i’ve been disappointed at the past 2 orders as I ordered Beef and because they didn’t had they choose tot add steak. I don’t like steak! My money was thrown in the bin. At least they should give a call and let me know or to put on the app as sold out. If you’ll be your customer and that will happen to you, you’ll be happy?

THE WORST SUBWAY I've ever been too! Food always cold. I've ordered 3 times on JustEat and it's ALWAYS wrong or missing items. Subway needs to close this one or fire the staff. Because they are terrible

The worst customer service ever. Honestly I'm not sure how she's still running it. I was in there for about 10 minutes and she was rude to at least 3. Food was fine but won't be returning to this branch based purely on her attitude.
