Some staff are amazing, others (some of the Indian staff and the white supervisor) are quite stand offish and rude. The fillings are measly unless you order online, where you get an average amount of

It is what it is... a Subway. This branch had friendly staff, but like most FF joints was a bit soulless and depressing...

I was going to be going here for lunch today but sadly had to take my service elsewhere considering one of the subway employees started punching a customer instead of leaving him be kept on hiting him after people telling him to let go he still wouldn’t I don’t think I will be eating here again if this is what the employees are

My first subway experience on a dusky summer evening and I ordered a baller on a Italian herbs and cheese, footlong. They prepped it, and I tried to request lettuce, chillies and peppers but to no avail. I wasn't allowed to add any additions to my sandwich because I wasn't entitled to customisation. Surely the customer should be allowed to choose this? I couldn't even have light mayo or ranch. My first subway experience was a very disappointing one. I just wanted a bit of extra crunch with my lettuce. I was also shoo'd out of the shop promptly with a stern look. No whisper of a thanks from them or me.
