Manager (Madelina?) is a miserable jobsworth that wouldn’t swap any of the fillings without charging extra even though every other subway iv been to dont have a problem doing it.I cant eat potato so just wanted to swap a hash brown for an egg but said it wasnt possible as she ‘did not have that option on the till’

Very frustrating when one man in there won't allow anyone to use the toilet after 7pm even when you've bought food. This is the only toilet also open to public as there aren't any others even in the shops. It's not ideal being refused especially if someone has a disability that requires the toilet.

Seating is limited but if you miss the rush there's usually a seat free.Vegetarian options: Options are basic but salad selection helps to improve the sandwich

Overpriced food but what do you expect from a chain like this not best quality. Butnit qas late and I was hungry and didn't want a mcdonald's. Was like walking into a warm mortuary better atmosphere at a crematorium.

Two chocolate drinks were too much trouble for the miserable sod serving today, Sertan I think his badly scribbled badge said. Poor attitude, no manners and here's a tip... a powdered hot chocolate is usually mixed before serving it to the customer...and is usually hot. The clue is in the name.

It's OK. The manager is very pleasant and professional, but at least two of the guys who work regular couldn't really give a damn about customer service.
