The slowest service I have ever experienced in a subway. Staff were making not attempt to work any faster than a snails pace. Really infuriating.

Served by a lovely guy today lunchtime. Took such time and care to make sure our order was done as requested. So often can feel like a number at at service station so refreshingly nice to be treated like a person.

Shockingly slow, I have been standing in the queue for 20 minutes watching the 2 members of staff faff around doing everything as slow as possible. 1 of them stop serving to take 10 minutes to peel beard out of the baking trays when there was plenty of bread available.

Waiting for my son 25 minutes now waiting to be served. I have had toasted sandwich drunk my coffee . And he still has not been served . There were only 15 people in front of him when he joins the Queue !!!\\nWould give it no stars if It would let me!

Food tasted of anti-bac!\\n\\nGlad to know they are keeping the place sterile\\nBut I would prefer my food not to taste of chemicals.
