Terrible, terrible attitude of staff. Didn’t end up getting my order or a refund. Ordered through the app to this store and they didn’t know how to process it. Staff were unhelpful and seemed angry to be there.

Staff are frequently rude and ignore customers. After a series of bad experiences, today I went in, waited 5 minutes without being spoken to, was my order was taken, and when I got home i'd been given the wrong order! Awful, never visiting this Subway again.

Staff very rude and unhygienic, seen the lady handling the food without gloves on. The food items looked like they weren’t fresh and the salad looked like it had been frozen and defrosted as it had frozen ice on it

Came here during my lunch break at work. Was super dead. Which was strange, as it should be busy during lunch time. Once I walked in, I was horrified to see the lady working there cramping all the cookies into the display cabinet with her bare hands & no gloves. She only put gloves on once the other worker said something to her. Gross!! Wouldn't eat here at all!! Put me off subway for life and now realise why it was dead! ?

Always a big fan of the subway salad, that's why I got a subway loyalty card, but for god sake, where do they get their coffee. It is literally undrinkable.
