I came in to redeem the offer posted through doors and demonstrated on the large board outside and was told I was not able to use the £4.99 promo as I hadn’t already carried out some orders on the app. The terms and conditions on both the board and flyers posted through all doors stated “registered and activated subway rewards members” of which I am. However the staff said I needed to have carried out some transactions previously which mentioned anywhere in any of the terms shown.I was hoping to fall back in live with subway after our local closed and now it’s back open apparently management are key to lie to get customers through the door. The member of staff even rung the manager to check who confirmed they wouldn’t honour the huge billboard out front or the flyers put through our door. If I don’t receive a response by tomorrow I will go to central franchise management about malpractice.Wasted food and lost a customer.

The food at this branch was fine and the restaurant was clean and comfortable, but the staff seemed unhappy to be serving us. We came in and were informed that the card machine wasn't working - when we said we could pay with cash we were greeted with ana audible groan. Will be going to a different subway next time.

thank you Robbie, excellent service was super kind and helpful. was offered extra cheese free of charge for the wait time (keep in mind I only had to wait around 3 minutes). he was very kind and extra careful about contamination etc. sadly there wasn’t many veggie options, only two: veggie pattie which wasn’t in stock and vegan steak. would prefer more options.

Stood at the front of the queue for almost 10 minutes, being completely ignored. Two young workers were behind the counter milling about & chatting together.I had to ask if they were going to serve me, was told it would be at least another 5-10 minutes as they had 'delivery orders to do first'. I let them know, it would have been polite to acknowledge me and their other customers, rather than let me stand there without being served for what could be 20 minutes. I had to walk out as I didn't have time to wait.Been here before and the main manager seems a great guy and made me a delicious sarnie. Would be good for him to impart his good customer skills onto his staff.Please don't start prioritising your deliveroo orders and ignoring in person customers or you will start losing the walks in pretty fast and negative reviews will increase quickly.

I would say I am addicted to subway. Coming back to Bristol and seeing a new store opened 5 minutes away from my house, I can’t explain my excitement. I am happy to say, thank god this store is now my local. I was served by the wonderful Connor, who made me (I would say my best so far) pizziola, and even recommended upgrading to the meal deal, which the whole time i didn’t realise was so good. The store is very clean and tidy, and the service was insanely quick! I will be there everyday from now on!! :)
