Tara catered a documentary shoot that I set up in Bristol and I was very impressed with the quality, freshness and look of the dishes. Her catering appeared on camera as well as feeding families who appeared on camera and shoot crew alike and everyone commented on how delicious it was. I chose Tara because of her commitment to sustainable, seasonal produce. Many of the dishes contained ingredients from her own garden. I wish I lived in Bristol so that I could order again! Tara catered a hen party dinner for us a few weekends ago. The food was fantastic. The options on her menu were varied and she was happy to make an entirely vegetarian meal for us taking into account intolerances. Tara was very professional; she cooked and served the food within the time frame agreed and cleared up her workspace at the end of the evening, even loading the dishwasher so we did not have to do anything.
Tara is a fantastic professional chef. Taking care of everything, Tara came to our house and we enjoyed an absolutely stunning meal for a birthday party with ten of us. Hors d’oeuvres (crab cakes, prawns, feta & peach, starter (scallops with rosemary cream sauce), main (duck, dauphinois with cherry sauce), dessert (profiteroles, strawberries) and cheeseboard- all were excellent. We highly recommend Tara (and she has already worked with us again and delivered another great meal). Thank you!

Tara prepared an amazing meal for 20 of us, including different options for children and one vegetarian, for a 70th birthday celebration. She was really efficient and helpful in the lead up to the event, adjusting dishes on request and generally putting my mind at rest. At the event itself, you would hardly have known she was there (apart from the wonderful meal, of course), and she and one waitress managed everything, including the clearing up.
