It’s ok. Paid for extra gyros but I think really you just get extra lettuce. Wasn’t very filling and cost around 13£. Breads quite nice.Meat tastes like any old kebab shop but twice the price. Probably won’t bother having it again . Was hoping for authentic souvlaki but couldn’t find it on the menu so just had kebab shop gyrosDisappointing overall

Got there 20 minutes before closing, already cleaning down and refused to serve us. Avoid.

The machines to order on were easy to use and clean.I had a gyro which was okay but wasn’t as tasty as I was expecting and wasn’t that much filling considering the price. The gyro came out quick and was warm.Wasn’t the best gyro but I’m sure it’s also not the worst in Bristol.

Very tasty food, staff was friendly and kind. I strongly recommend.

Food was fine - bread was particularly nice. But the sauces were terrible - and both gyros and Athenian tasted exactly the same, like cheap salad cream.

Tried this place through the Too Good To Go app yesterday picking up a non-veggie box.I can see a few negative reviews here which I'm quite surprised about! My box had chicken, fries, flat bread and salad. It was all delicious! Still warm when I got it back and everything was beautifully seasoned. The chicken was tender and not overcooked, overall very tasty meal. The staff (2 guys and 1 girl) working were also so friendly! Got my box prepared in less than 5 minutes and were so nice and smiley. The girl also acknowledged me despite all of them being busy in the food prep area which goes a very long way to making your customers feel welcomed.I won't comment on value as I didn't order in the traditional way but I can 100% recommend based on food and staff which were great. My experience was on 28/12/2023 at around 21:15 - to the management, please give them some praise!

The wraps themselves are really tasty however they are spoiled by the vegan mayonnaise base for their sauces. It is too thin and does not carry the seasoning flavours well enough making the overall outcome a little insipid.I love that they are trying to make their menu more sustainable, but it is at a considerable cost to the overall flavour and experience.

I ordered ‘the big one’ which must be ironically named as it wasn’t worth anywhere near £13.50. The food was good enough but after paying that much, I was still hungry. Really poor value for money.

It used to be better I believe. Had a chicken gyros, it was dry and cold. The atmosphere isn't that vibey as it used to be. I belive the price is also a bit high, but where it isn't.

Horrendous experience. One guy working on his own which in fairness the owners shouldn't allow one person to run a fast food restaurant on their own anyway. If short of staff they should close it if they don't have the staff for the day. He was clearly working flat out understandably and I appreciate that it must have been stressful. However we had two young kids and I ordered two wraps which I assumed came with fries as it said fries on the menu (later I discovered this meant the wrap). We waited quite some time for our food and part way he had to close to pick more food up from downstairs as was he running out (again the issue with being on his own). The food came out and it was two wraps and no chips (chips were for our kids the wraps had hot sauce in). I went back in and politely asked if the sides of chips were coming out. He looked at me blankly in front of other guests and said 'they are in the wrap'! I said sorry I misunderstood could I possibly get a couple of portions and he said we do not have any they're off the menu as we do not have boxes. I said any chance you could put a few on a grease proof paper for me tye kids are hungry. He responded saying I'm a bit busy! He then said order a sauce and that can cover the cost and I'll sort it out when I can. I said don't worry about it. It would have taken another 10 minutes or so to get the chips at which point our kids would be kicking off and other people were waiting to order. We sat outside to eat what were very bland wraps (we have eaten here before and really liked it).He then came over to me ten minutes later and rather than apologising he tried to justify the situation he was in. I fully appreciate the situation he was in but there is no need for being rude and maybe have a little appreciation of a family with two younger kids. We ended up having to go to McDons to get the kids some chips after. A really bad experience and we won't be going here again as it's one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

Massive drop in quality. The bread is now tough, hard to chew and it doesn't wrap around the small amount of filling properly. They charged £1.40 for a spoonful of dip. The entire pot used to be filled to the top. Not worth ordering from again.

I used to love this place. I can’t believe it’s gone from 5 to 1 stars for me.Firstly, the ambience is nothing but Greek. Upon my today’s visit, an Asian girl and a guy both working there were flirting and having cocktails. I didn’t feel welcome and I felt like I was disturbing them. I ordered chicken box but they gave me a pita. Then I asked them to change it to the box. Most importantly, the taste of the food was absolutely awful. The chicken felt like chewing gum. Not sure what part of the chicken they used or if it was undercooked; I don’t know. It was awful. This is, by far, the worst Greek food I’ve ever had. In fact, one of the worst food I’ve ever tasted. I feel like throwing up thinking about it now.. and I’ve paid £13.5 for it! I might as well have gone to a kebab van. It would have been a thousand times better!Hope the management reads this and they change something as it’s a true shame it’s gone this way.

Just felt quite average food for the price. Went here few years ago and had a positive experience. Dont know if the bread they use in gyros was little dry/thick, it didn't really wrap around and was in several separate pieces. I live near the Horus charcoal grill in bedminster, although its not gyros, but go there often and seems to compare better for the price you pay so maybe it's that.

I ordered some take away, and while 2 of our wraps arrived they missed the main sides we’d been looking forward to. I tried to contact the restaurant to ask for a redelivery or at least a refund but was sadly disappointed. I called the delivery driver in my last hope to see if he could help, but he said it was down to the restaurant. After calling 4 times the restaurant wouldn't not answer the phone, and we couldn’t even reorder on Uber eats. I’m really saddened by my experience.I am really really disappointed by both the lack of customer service and the failure to deliver what I ordered and paid for!! The sides were the main items we were looking forward to as a mezze restaurant, so I can’t say anting but negative about this experience.
