THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. IT'S BIG AND HAS SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM. YOU GET MORE THAN YOU WOULD IN YOUR LOCAL ICELAND. SOME ITEMS THEY SALE ARE IN BIGGER BAGS. THEY ALSO SALE SOME FROZEN FOODS THAT YOU WON'T SEE IN YOUR STANDARD ICELAND STORE AND SOME GREAT DEALS. THE WAREHOUSE ALSO SALES NORMAL ITEMS AS WELL, LIKE EGGS, BREAD, SOFT DRINKS AND ALCOHOL. THEY SALE TIN FOOD AND FRESH FOOD. CHILLED FOOD TOO.\\nIF YOUR DISABLED AND USE A MOBILITY SCOOTER OR WHEELCHAIR THEN YOUR GONNA LOVE THIS PLACE AT WINTERSTOKE ROAD AS IT HAS WIDER ISLES THAN MOST ICELAND STORES.\\nSO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A GO, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Rude staff, frozen boxes of food left stacked up. Someone will be poisoned soon

Was very quiet as I went about 9pm. Think I was the only customer in there. Was easy to find what I wanted. Staff were all friendly everyone I came across (a few staff were out restocking the shelves) said hello with a smile. Till lady was quick and polite.

Range of food is great and prices are good always deals on. The only thing that lets it down is the service, when a queue develops they don't act quick enought. But I will say the staff are very polite and friendly just a bit more action would be nice.

Always have what you need when everywhere else is sold out!

Lovely customer service from the staff and great food for a good price too! It's worth downloading the Iceland Bonus Card to your phone and using it at checkout as it saved us around £10/£15 on a £100 shop.

Love this place on Tuesday's over 60's and discounts, wide range of products and staff are very helpful to your needs.

I do a lot of shopping here as its only 10 minutes from my home

Great sized store, brilliant range of goods and surprisingly clean and bright for the area. Could easily fill 2 freezers in one trip.

It's ok, just a big Iceland. More space, more of each item. The range is more the a standard Iceland, but only just. (There are small bargain bits and pieces scattered about, a bit like Lidl). Worth a visit, but not to go out of your way for.

Very poor service. I arrived at 8.55pm to purchase 1 item with 9pm advertised closing time, as shown on line and on the door. The doors were locked and the staff were rude when I tried to get their attention. I have been a regular customer but will not visit again.

Setup typically Iceland store with freezers and fresh foods. Plenty of reasonably priced foods for families and singles. There's also enough cooked and prepared salads to create quick meals for this hot weather, and help keep energy costs down, or just feeling lazy. Free parking, though can get busy when football or events on at the stadium.

Good place to do a big shop. Reasonably priced, never over busy. Staff polite. One thing for me, was the music they feel they have to play, it was loud and hard to talk and concentrate. Word to shops, the public do not need music blaring out, why have it at all. Its purely for staff own benefits, im sure.
