Had Christmas lunch here for 8 of us. Food was hot, tasty and well presented. Staff were really friendly and obliging. Never felt rushed but each course spaced out to perfection. Really made us feel welcome and a lovely meal. Recommended.

Fantastic service including meals. Kate was our waitress and gave excellent service along with attention (definitely needs to be recognised for this ) also I could see how happy & satisfied her other customers were that night I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and happy New year.

What an evening. Booked for 7.30pm food came out at 9.20pm. waitress lovely. When the food came out one meal was cold.

Natalie was our host and she was absolutely fabulous, our children (5 of them) were moody and up v early as we are heading to Harry Potter and she had the patience of a saint…wanna say too that Erin (the elf) & Santa was fabulous and so lovely to the children…made our meal so lovely and breakfast with Santa!…highly recommend :) thanks so much for fabulous food and a great welcome xoxo from the gang from south wales Llanelli :)

Food came to table in good time by got cold very quick Salad cart fully stocked but bread rolls were very dry Not the best If it wasn’t for a voucher I would not recommend

(Leaving a review on behalf of my Aunt who does not do tech) Collected a takeaway for my Aunty who said that that the food was hot and delicious, Infact she mostly said mmmmmmmmmmmmm. So big shout out to everyone but a massive shout out to the kitchen guys we will be ordering again.

Well after a bad experience of burnt food last time we came (April 23) we thought we would give it a second chance as it could just be a bad staff on that night. Sadly no it’s still rubbish. This time an hour for two chicken flat breads that came out cold and had to be sent back. Ten minutes later they did come out hot and were nice. But I think we are done, other places offer better food and service.
It was a great night with amazing service. The staff were rushed off their feet and yet still got food out in a great time and gave a great personalised service. Interacted with our kids and made everyone feel welcome. Thankyou soo much! All staff should get a bonus for working soo hard with soo few of them! Incredible!

Gotta say our waitress was amazing, rushed off ger feet but never stopped smiling or being helpful this girl deffiently needs a raise or higher position in the company as excelltent customer service, thank you Florence.

Having spent many happy family evenings at Harvesters we were looking forward to our family meal. As hadn’t booked we happy that we were found a table and were seated quickly. We enjoyed the salad cart as we always do which was a good start Sadly that was as good as it got for the rest of the evening. The restaurant is quite run down and looked like a factory The service was terrible and the food was awful. Our meals arrived after a long wait and was cold and dried up as if it had been stuck waiting to be served for a too long. Our table was not cleared after we had eaten so we sat looking at our dirty dishes until we finished our drinks paid and left. We decided we wouldn’t have desert as the service to this point had been so terrible.

We attended for a family meal and it was the worst meal we have ever had. The place is filthy, huge waiting times, tried two different draught beers and both tasted disgusting. The food was inedible and the service awful. Several others were complaining. This restaurant really needs some input from management. Only positive was a discount which was applied after we complained. A terrible experience.
