Overnight stop on route to Bristol Airport, for flight to Canaries.

Booked a table for a time when I would like to eat. When ordering..at the bar, no table service, I was told there was a 35-40 minute wait. Food arrived after 30 minutes, cold and with ingredients missing.

Pleasantly surpised, given some of the reviews and the fact that most eateries associated with Premier Inns/other airport hotels I have been to are not where you necessarily expect the greatest grub. Brewers Fayre is a standard menu but it was well executed here.. my husband's mixed grill was good (steak done as he asked, chicken not dry, decent quality sausages, fried eggs perfect) and my gluten-free chicken fajita burger also good - generous portion of ripe avocado in the burger bun, chicken decent char but not dry, good flavour pot of chilli to go with nachos. Staff friendly, efficient, mains within 20 minutes of order, reasonable gluten free choice for me. Lost a star for badly stained chair (no penalty for the screaming out of control children as that's not the restaurant's fault, if you prefer a quieter meal you might want to book for a bit later than 7pm on a Sunday.. quieter by the time we left at 8pm).

Orderd food waiting time was 45min after about 1hr I went to see where my food was. Only to be told there was a fault with the till and the print out didn't go to the kitchen. Had to wait another 25min.The toilet was discussing. Then for breakfast it was my worst brewersfayers (premier inn) breakfast i ever had. The food was disgusting and the scrambled eggs had green colour to them.

Came for the first time to have dinner with my family and we all really enjoyed the experience. Good food, nice variety of drinks, and great staff. Ellie with the blonde hair was really friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcome. Will definitely come back in the future with my friends and family!

Came here for the Festive Christmas menu and the variety to choose from were so good, you could order 2 courses for £14.99 or even have 3 courses for £2 more which I thought was very good and cheap. I chose to have 2 courses which for starter I had the mac and cheese bites which were so crispy, I then chose to have the creamy chicken and pulled ham pie which was absolutely delightful. The staff were so attentive and caring, even set the table up with crackers and made it look festive. We were served our food by Lillie and I just say her service was absolutely amazing and so polite. Will be returning

Went for Christmas day. The food was terrible there was no vegetables left. The roast potatoes was soft and horrible. The staff was amazing. Will not go there again.Parking: Parking was fine.

One of my sister and mines favourite lunch venues, staff are always lovely and the food is excellent, would have been 5 stars all round apart from one item that ruins the meals for me and thats the vile lettuce they use its like raw cabbage and it totally spoilt my prawn cocktail when we had our Xmas lunch in early December, bring back the iceburg lettuce please

Staff were friendly and helpful there was no xmas pudding on the festive menu breakfast was lukewarm could have been a lot

Another difficult one, the pub/restaurant is a throw back to the early seventies (and hasn’t had a decent clean since!). Greeted (and I use the term loosely) by the barman, probably best not to comment any further, but I suggest he is in the wrong trade. As we were flying out the next day we realised we had no other choice (as a captive audience) but to bite the bullet and dine. Apart from the “sticky” dirty tables and useless staff, the food was actually edible. I can only assume that Brewers Fayre are in financial difficulties and can’t afford to spend any money on this dump. Maybe Premier Inn (attached to the pub) should take note!

We went here for a first ever Christmas day dinner at a restaurant and had a great experience. Thank you to Alex and the team for making it a lovely lunch. We were met with a glass of prosecco on arrival and shown to our wonderfully decorated table. The food was delicious. I had a pulled pork yorkie, trio of meats from the carvery and a choc orange sundae dessert. I would highly recommend and hope to return there at Christmas 2024
