I ordered the large portion of Naked buritos and it just came out only half of the bowl. They just charged me for large bowl but with less portion. Felt like ripped of for £8.30

I ordered today on uber eats. Beef bowl came without any beef. Just rice and salad.i ordered cheese and soyr cream too they didn't put any. They refunded 3 pounds out of 9.5 pounds.Bad experience. Why would i pay 6 pounds for an order that was sent missing the main ingredidnt andi won't eat.It is your mistake you should offer a full refund or take your bowl back.

Wheelchair accessibility: I had an amazing time this afternoon, I was greeted promptly on arriving by a lovely young lady named Hannah, she took my order and we were off to the races, the balance of flavours was extraordinary and the service from Hannah really made it special. It was my grandmothers last day out, and I’ll be damned if it wasn’t one to remember. I can’t thank Hannah enough for making us feel like the only customers in the world. 10/10
