Comfort food and a healthfood shop, including fresh sandwiches; frozen and chilled vegan products, such as cheese, deli meats, hummus; canned and packaged goods; treats and chocolate. Delicious, decadent desserts! Love the Biscoff cheesecake, Oreo cake, cookies and savoury swirls. The Breakfast Burrito was good, served piping hot; and I liked the cheesy Quesadilla with guacamole. Milkshakes, burgers, toasties, nachos, mac-n-cheese. Also sells dog food, themed mugs and Hunt Saboteurs merchandise.

I have visited Vx many times and I will continue to come back as they take care of my occasional vegan junk food requirements! The hot dogs are pretty basic but appropriately priced for the portion. I particularly like the mac and cheese with crispy onions and the monster shakes, but they are most definitely best for sharing. There is always a good selection of cakes and tray bakes, all really tasty and inexpensive. The shop section is also great, with sandwiches for on the go, and a great selection of vegan goodies that are often hard to find without buying online. I always love buying their stickers and magnets when I'm in too. Highly recommend this place if you want some vegan junk food or have a sweet tooth.

An excellent all vegan junk food cafe. All foods cooked to order. Very helpful and friendly service. Also dog friendly. They also sell a lot of vegan food products.

This place seems to be a bit of a cult favourite with vegans in Bristol. My honest opinion is that it's grossly overpriced, quality and service do not live up.First of all everything is extortionate, I believe I paid around £9 for a vegan burger, £5 roughly for a milkshake and around £5 for a side of Mac and cheese. The food tastes preheated and is just kind of thrown together, burger was decent but not worth the price at all. The monster shake is just made to look decadent but the doughnut they use is so dry and inedible plus I felt like they used a lot of ice.Staff are so unfriendly it's just strange. It's like they begrudge your existence.By all means give this place a try yourself as it's very 'hyped' but I think this is just due to the lack of this style of vegan restaurant. Don't recommend.

Truly awesome ? I had a mac & cheese burrito

Absolutely loved the little vegan shop they got, and especially the merch they had. Milkshakes were very delicious but burger and loaded nachos we had were quite average and uninspired, also gluten free options were limited only to loaded nachos.

Always a good visit to one of Bristol's OG vegan establishments. I've had everything on the menu over time and it's all so so good ?? Great menu variety when you want some tasty vegan junk food. Great decor and environment to dine in, or if you're on the go you can always get it to takeaway.Highly recommend the burrito selection, the Mac and cheese one is next level. Not to mention you can usually find some of the first vegan products on sale here in the shop section. We picked up some "salmon" and *wow*, haven't seen anything like it anywhere else.Oh here are some Hell Cheezeburgers we had the other week! Nice and spicy ?️Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan ?Dietary restrictions: There are Gluten Free menu items and products available too ✌?

Really good breakfast burrito. Had an Oreo slice as well and that was a bit disappointing. Quite dry and a bit basic for a place that's specifically vegan. Wide selection of groceries and sweets.

Staff needs more training about their products. So if you have questions about ingredients etc, ask in advance or find the ownerDietary restrictions: They don't have low carb anything. Or gluten free (if they do, only the processed kind)

VX is probably one of my favourite places in the world, and I've been going for 6-7 years. The food is reasonably priced and delicious, the vibe is chilled and homely and the interior is immaculate. The staff have always been lovely and helpful, and the adjoined shop is a great place to find new Vegan brands. It's a reflection of the artistic community in Bedminster and I am so glad that it's still around in a time when many cafes are closing down!
