Never used to rate this place but seemed to improved a lot. Mixed meat and chips with salad garlic mayo chill sauce is really really nice. Recommended.

I used to live in Yatton about 20 years ago and came back to visit my mum on her birthday.Me and my daughter chose chips for our takeaway. My daughter chose a large fish and chips and I had a regular donner.My daughters fish and chips was huge! She ate maybe 3/4 of the fish and all the chips and my daughter can eat! She confirmed after eating that it was 'LENG' For those of you that don't know that means very good!Mine was a Donner kebab (regular) which was a similar size to most other kebabs I have eaten. A generous amount of meat and tons of salad obviously! I've always loved the addition of cabbage to the salad selection in Yatton Fish Bar. The kebab was delicious, suculent kebab, meat and very flavoursome.The whole shop was nice and clean and it was a great pleasure for me personally to see the original owner and his son still running the shop as they were when I last visited all those years ago!

Lovely chips, I found the fish a bit greasy but my husband says it was really nice so probably down to personal taste. We would go again.

Ordered the children's chicken nuggets and chips and the nuggets are not your McDonald's style awfulness they're made of proper chicken, fish cake I had was ruddy marvelous and my partner had cod and chips and loved it.Bloody gorgeous food!
