Shocking service on Saturday.1 hour and a half for a pizza when the venue looked to be a third of the possible capacity. Disinterested and slow staff. Crap all round. Avoid if your looking for a good night.

I came here on a Thursday evening 2 weeks ago, with a group of friends... When we arrived the girl who welcomed us seemed worried although it wasn't busy at all, and there was a free long table perfect for us, which was where we sat indeed. After we got our drinks, we waited for the food, until I went to ask the staff at the bar about the food. After the food arrived, I went to ask for mayonnaise etc, and the guy at the bar told me to ask the other girl, but she wasn't there... so, I gave up.

Really lovely place to come to explore great selection of beers, very unique flavours and great choice. We really enjoyed our experience will be back soon to try some more chilled beers. Highly recommend a visit for beer and nice food lovers. Great and knowledgeable bar staff and very helpful if you are not too sure what to try.

Pizza is pretty good but over priced, service is lack lustre and the beer is terrible.

Good, casual place for a meet-up and chat. Toilets are clean, a bit smelly but clean. Staff friendly and professional. Overall, it was a good experience,Accessible for wheelchair users, and thats excellent!

I regret to inform you that our recent experience at the venue fell short of expectations. Upon encountering difficulty with the top door due to a newly fitted seal, we proceeded downstairs only to be met with leaking buckets from the roof. The absence of bar staff added to the initial inconvenience. Although the manager eventually attended to us, the cold pizza required replacement, and my pasta was merely satisfactory. The saving grace was the enjoyable mango beer. Regrettably, our overall impression was one of disappointment.

We’ve come back here twice now for a bottomless brunch! Pizza is unbelievable but Jacqui and Dan were even better… you won’t be left with an empty glass at any point! I couldn’t rate this place any

Visited early evening on a Saturday. Nice atmosphere despite not being that busy. Very attentive service, gorgeous food. Would definitely recommend the BBQ chicken salad, great sized portion and very tasty tortilla crisps. Will definitely visit again ?

There was a sign outside the front door saying 2 for 1 on steins. When they then tried to charge me £25 for two steins, I challenged it and although the server was pleasant, the manager was rude and told me she didn't care about the sign and that the website clearly stated "not in december". When I asked why I would use the website when I was already in the bar, she just kept repeating that "the website is very clear" and refused to answer whether it was false advertising. Terrible service.

Unfortunately super disappointed with a Christmas meal organised here, after extensive emails we were so excited to bring a large group to ZeroDegrees. The buffet food was not sufficient for our party, even though we actually didn't have around 20 guests attend. We had to request for more to come which is just really embarrassing, and shows that it wasn't actually catered for 60 like we had paid for.Other parties were actually taking from our buffet too and due to all staff being on the bar they couldn't really stop this happening.Additionally, the bruchetta & pate was half on bread half just on Ryvita. Not a good look. Prep wise, this was all prebooked, so how on earth Ryvitas had to be used as your bread obviously ran out I don't know. After prepaying deposits, and agreeing on email that we would all individually pay on the day, the venue insisted 1 lump sum payment, which INCLUDED full price for 20 guests who didn't turn up. Apparently the 'deposit' was a part payment. This is really disappointing, especially as we are students, who are now completely out of pocket. No discount was offered & we are so disappointed that we paid so much money. We cannot chase those who did not attend for full payment for the meal, as they paid a deposit, and didn't attend. I don't understand why the deposit doesn't stand. We had organised and organised and unfortunately it was just disappointing experience on the night.Staff were great, food was okay. Long wait at the bar but understandable due to other large parties being there.Felt like we were shoved in a corner, no sit down tables, just on sofas. Not what was expected! I genuinely believe we were not prioritised due to being students.I am sure this is a great place to dine in general as it seems great, but maybe not for parties. Hopefully it was just a bad day.Attached are the complimentary puddings for 60 people. Before anyone has eaten any?.

Worse Xmas dinner ever: we suppose to had our Xmas dinner tonight (8/12/23) at 8p. They didn't have a table ready for our booking (over 30 people), we couldn't find anyone to talk with (the place was completely full) and 45 min after, we had to leave because we realize we wont get the starters in minimum 2h time (they have another booking of 50-60 people next to us, and in that 45 min, they didn't have any food at all. The organization was a completely disaster, they didn't have enough people for all the bookings that they had tonight. There are a lot more details that I left behind to don't make this review too long. I just hope they accept they mistakes and they give the money of the deposit back.

Nice establishment for a nice pint. Good choice on the drinks. Places feels open, airy and relaxed. Located right next to Christmas Steps too so if you’ve come down to bristol to do a bit of sightseeing, this provides a welcoming treat for walking up all those steps ?Enjoyed my relaxed chats and time there ?

Went here for a works Christmas meal as part of a large group. The place was totally rammed and extremely noisy. Food was below par, while the bar was open (see below) there weren’t enough staff and it took ages to get a drink. Bizarrely for a brewery they closed the bar on us before 6pm and herded us out of the main area into a corner by the exit. The staff did not take kindly to feedback on this. Not the experience I would expect when paying £35 for a meal.

Bad in every way.. slow service. packed bar. noisy .... long waits for very mediocre cold tasteless food. The Christmas party experience from hell. had to fight to get bar service after we'd just had starters as next group were due in. .wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Went for our Christmas party. Absolute sh*t show. Our 'welcome' drinks were not there, when they finally poured them they left them on the side of the bar so other people, not in our party, walked past and picked them up. Our table was booked for 8pm. We didn't sit down until gone 9pm. Starters came out at 9.45 and our main course wasn't served until 10.30pm!! No cutlery, didn't get our soft drinks we ordered. I left but some of my colleagues stayed and their dessert didn't come out until 12.30pm!! Some people didn't even get any. If they can't handle that many people they shouldn't have booked us in. Pure greed
