“I didn't get the right slice of caramel shortbread, and there were a couple of tables that needed clearing.The service was very friendly & polite though, and the hot chocolate and snack were delicious. Not a bad price, and unlike their competitors, the toilet was available and clean. So a small moan, but still good enough for 5 stars.”

“First time in greggs , was extremely pleased to get a free tea and soya milk with the app also got a vegan sausage roll and 2 boxed vegan glazed doughnuts for £2.50 Colin the guy who served me was kind and helped me with the app and other staff are friendly .They get through the queues really efficiently. I learned that a english breakfast tea cost £1.15 where as in costa its like £2.95!! really pleased to see vegan options at reasonable prices and not make things more expensive just cos it's vegan . I know where I will be going from now on :)”

“Really enjoyed my breakfast here, this is more like a constructive feedback rather than a negative experience. Would have loved to received my breakfast same time as my partner instead of when he was finished. But it was delicious!! And service wise, the boys were running around like headless chickens while the 3 waitresses had no sense of urgency. The chef running food and clearing our table while all three girls stood near the till.”
