I ordered a hot drink to take out. I said I wanted to pay for it. The grey haired and bearded checkout assistant claimed the mobile device gave the instruction to use one of my credits to pay and he refused to reverse the transaction. In my opinion, he was wrong and I will not use this outlet again.

It is nice place located in Tesco store. Staff is very helpful and you always feel welcome but place is very limited and you do not feel comfortable. There is no café feeling and you feel like you are sitting near the running crowd which defeat the whole purpose.
