Very poor customer service. Unfortunately, they made the wrong drink for my daughter - possibly due to some confusion which I tried to explain - but the ladies serving were very rude and unwilling to accept any mistake. Very lacking in basic customer service.

Always a nightmare ordering on Deliveroo with this particular branch. Stock is not checked and adjusted as out of stock/sold out on their system, so allows me to order things they do not have. This has happened multiple times. Woman in store who I assume is the manager, has a terrible attitude.I’d rather go to the other branch in Amersham.

I ordered my Costa on Deliveroo and at first everything was good, didn’t take too long to deliver at all.When I opened my food bags the mango bubble tea had zero bubbles in it whatsoever,My Cajun pizza wrap never made an appearance and instead I got a garlic bread/mozzarella bread thing?And 2 small details, on the items they got correct the caramel sprinkles on my drink had been chucked on one side of the drink and the bacon bap only had one slice of bacon in it.I noticed the store has no number you can call and no efficient way of filing complaints whatsoever. For the overpriced food you’d think you’d at least get good customer service.

Not the biggest shop but staff were really polite and made me feel very welcome with a very friendly demeanour. I have oat or coconut milk and not everyone does them justice but they made my coffee perfectly so really nice visit.

Smiling staff and efficient service. Public parking and main road locationA bit tiny place. Pricey, Costa forgets that at the end of the day its only A cafe' and NOT Chef Ramsey's kitchen. Smudges and finger prints on my lattes glass. Toilette needed cleaning and a tidy.
