Croissant and pain au chocolat were undercooked. Almost raw dough in the middle. Inedible and potentially unsafe so they went in the bin.

We went there today 15/10/23. The dark skin guy/man is so rude. He is such a dikhed and ashol. Definitely that guy has no customer service. He has no manner. He keeps on asking "whatelse". He seems on the rush and impatient. We will never go back there anymore. They should sack that guy.

First time in greggs , was extremely pleased to get a free tea and soya milk with the app also got a vegan sausage roll and 2 boxed vegan glazed doughnuts for £2.50 Colin the guy who served me was kind and helped me with the app and other staff are friendly .They get through the queues really efficiently. I learned that a english breakfast tea cost £1.15 where as in costa its like £2.95!! really pleased to see vegan options at reasonable prices and not make things more expensive just cos it's vegan . I know where I will be going from now on :)

I work near here so visit from time to time, it gets extremely busy around 12 - 1 due to the level of school children and the queues are normally out the door, they do restock though and will have a decent selection after the rush.

As far as take out bakeries go, this good and fast. Whilst I prefer someone elses coffee, the bakery items are wonderful. The basic sausage roll is excellent value for money at only £1 take out. The stake bake, bacon and cheese wrap are also top items. Unfortunately, there have been a few times when the hot items were actually fairly cold, despite being in the hot section. If you prefer something more breakfast like and want it hot, their bacon and sausage rolls and baguettes are made fresh right in front of you.
