I ordered 11 pizzas for collection last night for a Christmas party.I pre ordered them to be collected at 8pm, they were ready on time, the staff were friendly and helped me to the car with them.The pizzas were lovely, piping hot and very tasty! We ordered 10 large pizzas and a gluten free one. Very impressed and will definitely be using this branch again!Vegetarian options: Very nice vegetarian selectionDietary restrictions: We ordered one gluten free vegetarian pizza which was lovely!

I ordered pizza after long time food came it wasn't cook properly who ever was doing pizza sauce and toppings didn't spread properly as I know exactly because I worked in Dominos for 2 years. Staff need a good training and respect people's hard work money. They should know how hard to earn money as they doing hard work themselves. Management need to look into and respect peoples expectations as they advertise on internet.

I went to get a pizza not only was it on time but the flavors reminded me of home.Service was superb as I granted a topping which wasn't typical of what was ordered.I felt delighted because I have tried pizza so many other places.When my family joins me I'm carrying them all here.Vegetarian options: It was delicious ?

Cold, late food and rude staff. Was told it was my fault the food was cold because i pre-ordered, opted for delivery over picking it up myself and that i was lying about the food being cold. So it was nothing to do with them being 15-30mins late!

I've just ordered a medium pizza, the person on the phone would not and could not tell me the price of it due to their "systems being down" yet isni wasnt paying cash and was to pay card how would he have known the price to charge to the card. The pizza was delivered by very nice delivery driver holding receipt of £19.08 for one medium ham and cheese pizza. He agreed with me he wouldn't pay that for one medium standard pizza and ask me how much i want to pay, where i returned the question to him. I then called back to speak with the original person i places the order with. He was extremely rude speaking over me and telling me thats the prices and to go online to check. This was absolutely ridiculous yet i did ao to prove the point, when I went online in front of the delivery driver you could get a pizza two sides and a drink for £19.99 the telephone operator then said to me "well I offered you sides and you didn't want them" that I replied I never wanted to spend £20 on a pizza 2 side and 2ls of fizzy drink me for my solo lunch. Daylight robbery i hate to think of any elderly people they have taken advantage of like this.

This place needs shutting down! Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff are rude and ignorant. Ordered a medium pizza for collection, to which they were trying to overcharge me! I showed them online it said £6.99, the man behind the counter argued it was £10.99 instead. It gets worse from here… we ordered a vegetable sizzler, my husband went in and picked it up and said the guy smiled, and handed it to him and upon opening it, I saw meat was hidden underneath the vegetables! I am a VEGETARIAN!!! I think he did this out of spite (hence the smirk as he handed it over) as we had questioned the price to begin with. He was very argumentative and rude, and not even dressed in uniform might I add! I will never be returning to this branch, if you ask me you should get better staff, who aren’t rude and ignorant!!!!

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever order with. Three times I ordered deals with them and disappointed every time. It takes real skills to spoil a simple mozzarella pizza, but this one did it. Never going to order again.

Tried to order online but wasn’t working so called to see if order went through, gentleman on the phone was unhelpful and impolite - finally managed to order. When I get there, I didn’t even get welcomed and the person at the counter wasn’t even wearing uniform. He grabbed my order and dropped on the counter and walked away, I said thank you and he said no worries not even turning around to look at me. The food matched the customer service, my nachos were cold even though I ordered and went straight there. Almost like they had been made an hour earlier and just left to keep warm. Overall, not impressed.
