Went to collect pizza staff attitude was not nice. tasted bad. No good at all go to farmhouse pizza a lot better.

Omg my friend recommended me to this place as long as they deliver to my location it going to be my take away place the food Omg and the sauce is out of this world in all my life it got be best take away shop I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the food is everytime I can I will get it and if you can get this place delivered or pick up or how ever u want get it I would say do go here you will not be disappointed it just sooooooooooooo goodddddd #thesaucethough #andthefoodomg

I asked whether the food was halal or not, the website doesn't advertise if they are. The delivery guy was super proud that when asked he didn't lie about the food being halal, he said he could of lied. Really really odd.Terrible pizza too - pretty basic but cheap, very cheap. Usual terrible Asian/middle eastern owned pizza.Nothing like real Italian pizza.

I absolutely don't recommend.I just ordered one pizza from them , not happy at all, not the same like when they open. Very poor quality. They go just for profit. Last time I order from Bella pizza

As ordering on a regular basis it's finally time to write a review, the whole of the staff at bella pizza Aylesbury are amazing at what they do, never seem to fail, food is great, always polite and friendly.

Customer service is terrible, rude owner, we had a mix up they weren’t understanding and they threatening to never send pizza to our home again.
Nothing special typical Asian pizza, slightly underdone, good prices, service was ok, run by some 12 year old, overall not bad for the price, but not the best of pizzas

Ordered a 3 pizza meal deal with 1.25ltr of diet coke.We were told pizza would arrive within 45 minutes and it was speedily delivered within 20 minutes.We then were tucking into one of the pizzas when my wife noticed that there was a short curly hair in the margarita pizza.I contacted the restaurant abd told them that we found a hair in the pizza and the girl who answered was telling the owner and I could here him in the background asking which pizza was it, not that it made a difference!He then said that if we could hold it so that they could come and inspect the pizza when I told them that it was thrown away and I could here him in the background saying, " why would you throw it away and could we get it out of the bin?"..... Really?My wife didn't mention it straight away in case it would have put the rest of the family off eating it.I said to the girl that I won't be ordering again from them again and I will be leaving a poor review!!I wonder what health and safety would think of this!!Very poor customer service!!They then try to bring me another pizza to make up for the poor service....TOO LATE!!I'd rather of had a partial refund but that never came!!!

Saw food get dropped on the floor and staff member quickly picked up and put in delivery box and given to other staff member for delivery, only to find out after its actually the owner that picked the food up. Disgusting behaviour should be closed down
