Never had a problem with this domino's for my own personal experience. I've picked up from here a couple of times with no issues. Order is always correct, hot and good quality. Similarly I've never had an issue when ordering for delivery. The place is clean and I've always witnessed friendly staff when I have been. Even when I got pizza delivered before, one of my sauces had exploded in the bag and the man offered to drive back and bring me a new one. Each to their own with their experience here, I guess it depends on who is working on the day potentially.Parking: Parking is free right outside so easy collection.

I was told there was a 30 minute wait, sat outside as no seating on site. After waiting 30 minutes i collected my cold pizza. Most disappointed ?

This is difficult review to write, because the food was excellent, however the customer service left a lot to be desired…A young lad who was behind the till was completely disinterested in providing good customer service. He didn’t seem to know anything about the offers on pizza and quite frankly he seemed like he couldn’t care less about them.While this was only a minor inconvenience for me, I think Domino’s should really train their staff to provide better customer service

Many nice pizzas from the other domino's in the area, but omg Cambridge street is a disgrace. Firstly over an hour wait, so pizza luke warm on arrival. Then one pizza wasn't cooked. On contacting the manager, no apology, no concern very dismissive, refused refund on order, did offer a new pizza but this would have taken another hour! Once I said I would have to raise this with their head office he refused to give name, terminated phone call with a dismissive 'its with head office so I don't have to' so much for the enjoying pizza together adverts! My advice: order if it's Jansel Park, if they are closed and it diverts to Cambridge avoid as if it's going to give you food poison!

This dominos should be shut down. Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive, when it did the incorrect pizza arrived, had to wait another 2 hours for the correct pizza to arrive, which it did with toppings missing. The delivery drivers should not be customer facing. Terrible Dominos branch.

After waiting for 2 hours for our delivery, the order was wrong and the food was cold. No point calling them to change it as it would most likely take another 2 hours to get the correct order. I actually went the to store after a hour and a half to see where was my order, however, it was a waste of time. I won't be ordering from Domino's again as their quality checks are disgraceful.
