Kai served us and he was great. He made a slight faux pas when asking us to leave a review he accidentally said 'tip'. Which was actually really funny and was fine as we were going to leave a tip anyway. However. When both of us had then paid, he then mentioned there was 40% off.. if we had the app.. quite annoying after we had both paid. Needless to say, service was great, food was medium.

Don’t go here the so called duty manger was so rude and obnoxious to my mum . We went in for a meal and went for the 2 course lunchtime menu and it came to paying and the waitress informed my mum that hers was in fact a 3 course because of a CUP OF TEA made it a 3 course meal I’m sorry but when does a cup of tea become a food !!!! The waitress was very rude and shouted at my mother because we couldn’t understand why they had added a cup of tea as the third course she shouldn’t be the manager let alone working with the public she has banned my mum from returning thankfully we wouldn’t return while she worked there anyway such a rude bad manager shame on you harvester

We visited the harvester tonight and had a lovely experience, Angie was our waitress and she was very attentive and friendly she made us feel at home while we were here. Excellent service

What a disgrace. Worst service ever!! Unprofessional, unmannered, useless staff. With that kind of staff you’d need 20 in the kitchen and 20 more in the shop floor. You should hire people with skills not kids that want to be on the phone. Half of the place was empty and they still can’t cope. The most lazy team ever!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Don't go here, probably the worst place to eat in Aylesbury. They are rude and don't seem to care for their customers, giving you the wrong instructions and lots of misdirection. I have had bad experiences with this branch before, but this one was the worst.We went in hoping to use a voucher a friend had gifted to us and confirmed twice with staff if it was valid in store - both times we were told yes. So, we ordered rather expensive food and drink. The waitress serving us was lovely, and it's unfortunate that we had such a bad experience.When it came to paying our bill, a different waitress came to us and said the voucher was not acceptable. We told her that it wasn't, in fact, our fault as we were misinformed that it was. We didn't hear a single sorry from her - I don't think it's in her vocabulary. She kept claiming, in a stern and rude way, that her other member of staff didn't know that the voucher wasn't valid, when, in reality, removing the service charge or even taking an item off of the bill would've been the right thing to do to ease the misunderstanding.I highly DON'T recommend this place. If you want a nice dinner and better food, go literally anywhere else. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Our waitress Bethany was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and professional and that made our visit more special. He speed of service and quality of food was 10/10 and this was exceptional considering it was New Year’s Eve. We love the harvester and will definitely be returning at a later dateWheelchair accessibility: Wide entrances and plenty of space to manoeuvre inside

Rude staff memberQuestioned about app allowing 7 people to eat yet walked in to book and told nothing for 4hrs!Wouldn't split the tables as he didn't have enough chefs!Yet if we'd booked we would have been seated! No sense whatsoever.... and next time don't someone asks a question about the app saying different try not to jump and be rude.. the fact is we wanted to eat at YOUR RESTAURANT!
We came out for a celebration meal. Unfortunately due to what looked like a busy day of business, there were some things unavailable on the menu, but we re-selected and all our meals were lovely. We were hosted by Kai, and he was extremely pleasant, articulate and professional Thank you for a lovely evening meal out.

We got here on a really busy evening, so they didn’t have any rotisserie chicken, but the food they did have was amazing and Kai was a great waiter , would definitely visit again

Food was delicious ? However what made our evening was our waitress Aletta She is sweet bubbly and very helpful. She helped make our evening feel relaxed and fun. I hope I can get her as waitress again next time I visit.

It was my daughters 7th birthday dinner after school. We had a great meal. Kai who served us couldn't be more helpful. The salad bar was very clean and the main course was prompt and very tasty. Great value when using the Harvester app. Thanks Kai and the team we will be back.
