I have never come across anyone as rude as the young lad who served me in there tonight. Initially he laughed with his colleagues before I made it clear his attitude was outrageous. He should not be working there if he thinks this is the way the way to treat customers. I shouldn't even be allowed to leave one star. I'll accept that because the food was good kfc quality.

A convenient location food outlet right in heart of the town centre. Offers the standard menu item plus tons more spoilt for choice on the meal combo front. However I was treated to sloe service, and the person taking the order seemed not to know what he was doing.Parking: Due to the town centre location and there is a one way system. Beware where you leave your vehicle parking enforcement personnel do patrol the parking spaces.

Received complete different order and fail to redeliver what we originally order. They just ignore us. And what we accidentally receive food are dry soggy buns and chips. Horrible

I’ve been to a few kfcs and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The service isn’t good at all, they barely get your order right and the food is cold and not nice. Please avoid this KFC. It actually gives kfc a bad name
I was waiting for my order and a pakistani guy ( staff member) abused me verbally. I do not think so that is professional and the right way to run a business. I will never going to have KFC there anymore.

Well KFC Cambridge Close Aylesbury really excelled today .. 1 ordered 4 extra spicy wings - not in the bag . Got even better .. out of the 9pces of chicken 4 pces were RAW ?. Tried ringing nobody answered. Never Again
