This is one of the best Turkish restaurants in Aylesbury, food is amazing and service is great. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is good too, but can sometimes get noisy in there.

We came on a Saturday night recently at 7pm. The food here is lovely, especially the Halloumi sticks, and the smell in the resturant of the open grill is amazing.But unfortunately it took over 1.5 hours before we received our main course, and in total for 2 courses we were there for 2.5 hours! We were waiting on our food the whole time. Clearly they were unable to keep up with orders, and as with most places the takeout/collection orders were being prioritised. So that's one thing, but what was most disappointing is that our waitress and in fact all the staff just left us (we were sat right in the middle of the restaurant, so not out of sight!) without letting us know what was happening, or offering us some free drinks to help compensate for the huge delay - or any fresh drinks for that matter! Just ignored. Or they could have at least taken the included 10% tip off the bill to show some kind of acknowledgement of the huge wait. We asked several times about where our food was, one waiter never got back to us and just ignored us each time he walked past, and our waitress did apologiese for the wait after quite a while but would have been decent to offer something to keep us going or at least show some kind of attention.It's a really nice place and great food, with great potential but they need to sort out this slowless and lack of focus on dining in customers.They'd benefit from a Maître d or such, there didn't seem to be anyone visibly in charge looking after things.Will hopefully try again at a quieter time to see if it's better.
