Went to buy roses today from M&S only to find they didn’t have any water in the container. £12 for roses which were bone dry and likely to die because of it. I told an assistant who abruptly replied that she’d mention it when she could. Not what I expect from M&S in either regard.

This has to be the worse service of any cafe I have been to, awful slow service, 1 person serving while the older lady was stood around chatting and also texting on her phone, Don't bother with this place .

Was with my wife and 2 young kids. Constantly followed round by security. Made us feel really uncomfortable. I asked if there was a problem to which she said no and continued to follow. Showed her my receipt on the way out and asked if wanted to check to which she said something to which I couldn’t understand as her English was poor but sounded rather abrupt. She/he (couldn’t tell) needs removing from the eye of the public. Won’t be using this store again.

The cafe is rather small and rather expensive for what it is, but it's M&S food. Haven't used the foodhall as such, but they're everywhere the same. I've always found M&S food second to none.

I like this cafe a lot but they need more comfortable chairs (intended so you don't stay long) and I was told I could not eat any food bought from M&S in the cafe.
You need to change the door security unprofessional

Tried the new Colin The caterpillar Frappe. The actual frappe is more like a chocolate milkshake. The cup was split so leaked everywhere. The Guy gave me another cup to put it in, but was split again. We ordered hot cross bun which they forgot and when it came out it was still cold on the inside so butter would not spread. Staff really miserable too

Good range of food. Fruit and veg generally of high quality. Handy for shoppers on the north side of town.

Easy to park and shop. At times social distances a little awkward, but this is more customer behaviour. Sometimes refilling the shelves during the day makes social distancing more difficult. Food choice good the team are really good and friendly

Due to popularity of this retail park I always tend to visit at the end of the day. Good selection of M&S favourites. Disappointing card and gift wrapping selection but otherwise great variety of food and wine.
