Delivery took 40 minutes which isn't impressive, pizza was warmish and wasn't cut very well.

Placed a take away order. Checked the app for details, however the food arrived 25 minutes after what the app said. I called and was told the food left 4 minutes ago, which was 20 minutes after it said it was delivered.Good cold. Poor service all round and won’t be back. The app is always wrong but I’ve cold food is unacceptable, and not good value.Avoid is my advice

Chicken was put in my vegan meal.They expected me to return to the shop to fix this. I was insulted down the phone and spoken to rudely.Do NOT go here if you have any dietary need. (Or expect cleanliness. I saw the cashier with his feet up on the side today. I was going to let it slide till you were rude to me when I said I was upset that you snuck chicken in my food, management can please check cctv)I am upset by this disgraceful contamination. I expect action on this.

Pizza was just coming out of oven when I arrived for collection. Nice food. Won't return unfortunately as they won't deliver to Wendover and when ever I go in that area there's nowhere to park, it's chaos up there! Car's are everywhere!Parking: Parking is terrible in this area. It must affect all the businesses in the area, I avoid that area most of the time.

If there was 0 star I would put ordered twice now and pizza has come stale and freezing cold where it’s been sitting under the heater for ages before getting delivered !! When u call and complain the response is sorry we was busy We can send u another one but a hour wait wen I’ve waited over a hour !! that’s not my problem get more staff and drivers !!Pizza has been sent back twice and not yet revived a refund customer service is shocking aswell AVOID this franchise at all cost

Cauliflower wings were awful and so was the dough balls. Pizza looked like it was from frozen and anaemic. Dough was chewy and toppings tasted dead. Garlic dip tastes like cheap margarine. Never ordering from here again it’s gone downhill.

Not as good as it should be.The pizzas are okay, but not the usual quality you'd expect from Papa John elsewhere.The dough was quite stoggy. The whole order was only warm when arriving so everything tasted a little stale.The pizza and sides arrived in about an hour but as they set orders as 'delivered' about 20-25 minutes before actually delivering it, it makes it difficult to know when it will arrive.I assume this is to fake that they've hit their targets to head office.A real shame but I'll probably head to Pizza Hut or Domino's next time.

Ordered deep pan, was delivered thin, the garlic sauce should be re-named as butter sauce (as its just like runny butter, no garlic taste at all) the bbq chicken wings were absolutely swimming in some sort of disgusting sauce (which was cold & can only assume it was suppose to be bbq sauce) - they were inedible, definitely will not be ordering again.

Ordered in store , but had to order through phone online to use 50% off deal voucher - seemed ridiculous I couldn't order at the till using this deal.Ordered a Philly cheesesteak , 2/10. No flavour whatsoever. Advertised to have ranch, couldn't taste any. Hardly any beef topping. Then BBQ Meat Feast 3/10, strange taste and hardly any cheese - not even enough to cover pepperoni so that was all crispy/burnt on the top. Overall, very disappointed. The worst Papa John's we've had for a while and will be some time before we revisit, if at all.

Both my husband and I have been very unwell after ordering from here last night. Should have probably known we were in for a rough time after seeing the grubbiness of the place. Don’t get food from here!
