Great place to fill up and do a bit of shopping..the shop is beautifully stocked too and very smart and tidy..the staff are very friendly and super helpful..went in to return couple of Amazon parcels and I was a pain as I didn’t really know how to return them properly on my mobile but young chap was super helpful and patient with me….so kind thank you!!

Drive in car wash always “out of order”. If out of order then shouldn’t be used for parking by employees or open from the front. Will be complaining to shell.

The franchise at this service station doesn't seem to be passing on the reduction in fuel duty tax . The cost of e5 petrol has risen 8 pence in 8 days..Now £2.01 per litre. Have been using this for last 7 years. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Also the staff would not give me the franchise holders Main office address.
No fuel all day, when they do have some they close rather than extending opening hours. Use your heads!!

The Customer service was excellent!Lots of space to park and have a quick bite before a big trip.Lots of options to choose from in the shop, it's like a mini grocery store.

How many times do you need to come and try to wash car and see that the employees are parking their car in the jet wash bay??It's quite disgusting to be lied in the face that is not working .. when clearly there is no signs saying so and the display of the machine is working fine.Try and train your employees better!
