We have eaten here on many occasions.Food is always very good quality & reasonably priced.Sunday roast is one of the best in the area.Has a lovely garden area in the warmer months for dining or socialising.Definitely recommend.

We have often wondered what this pub was like as we drove by, but the entrance is quite difficult to see until you are passing. Make the effort as we did though! The building is interesting with interesting nooks and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The menu gives good variety without being overwhelming. Our choices were well served and perfectly cooked and presented. Beer is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and enhances the meal. The toilets are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean.Recommended!

Quaint little pub, lovely spot, good staff and dog friendly too. Nice little garden area for a summer drink, and cosy enough inside for a winter pint. Highly recommended and worth a visit

We had a lovely lunch here today in such a lovely village setting, the food was delicious, we sat in the garden which was lovely and peaceful. Great service from a lovely couple. Definitely would recommend a visit and I will be revisiting.

Brilliant to have this wonderful pub back open. Went for Sunday lunch and the food was exceptional. Our table ordered a mix of beef, pork and fish/chips - all was outstanding and reasonably priced for eating out these days and the quality presented. Thank you for taking the chance and reopening.
