Nice Costa coffee establishment with efficient friendly staff, my one complaint is the toilet which has been out of action for nearly two months with a sign up will be fixed soon?? Luckily they do have a disabled toilet to use but this is a big place and can get busy at weekends so they do need two working

A great place with friendly helpful staff , who are always super busy , so wait is sometimes required. I never mind as people can only do one thing at a time , and the surroundings are pleasant.Go with a serene attitude and empathy for your fellow man (or woman) who is working flat out for you , and then enjoy your delicious coffee.

I’ll never visit this site again. Hardly any stock and my order is never correct. I have chosen to avoid this site. Service slow. And you need to carve out 30 mins to actually get a drink despite an abundance of staff behind the counter.

Despite 3 people serving and making coffee, it took 20 minutes to get complete order. Hot chocolates arrived and I waited patiently for the Terry’s Chocolate Orange muffin. They went on to serve others. One blatantly busy counting money and did not even ask what am I waiting for. I had to jumped in before 4th person was served to ask an about the muffin. Awful and rude. Would have left it if it wasn’t bought for my child.

Nice place but woefully understaffed. We had to wait 15 minutes for one coffee. On a Saturday afternoon they had two people serving and the queue was very long. People are crying out for employment, sort it out Costa!

I asked if there was Hibiscus in their Spiced Apple Infusion - I'm pregnant and Hibiscus can cause miscarriage. I was assured there wasn't. Luckily nothing happened but I have since been informed by Costa that hibiscus is the main ingredient in the Spiced Apple Infusion!Very dangerous and irresponsible!(P.S. the tuna melt is awful, and you get served with paper cups and carton boxed even if you say you're eating in.)Dietary restrictions: Personnel not trained enough and dangerous.

Always takes far too long for a simple coffee order…we just waited 20mins for a flat white and cappuccino to receive the wrong drinks in the wrong cups (takeaway cups even though we were sitting in). 8-10 visits and always the same…we need to learn not to come, yes!

It was my sons 56th birthday and as it was a flying visit during his lunch break, the local inn was too crowded to wait. Beaconsfield has changed so much in 58 years since I worked there but still a lovely part of Old England to visit though the pace of life is so much more than my day.I shall go there again.

Standard Costa in terms of appearance and food/ drink options, but I found the service particularly sub-par.. So far I've been twice, with my coffee orders wrong both times, wrong receipts (for work) given and long wait times.. In fairness it's not 100% just the staffs fault, they could do with at least one more person on the floor..
