Service was good and food came out in good time. But it was very expensive and not blown away by the taste.

Starters were cold and one of my mains arrived cold as well which was disappointing. We sent the mains back to be warmed up but still wasn't to my liking. The food itself was delicious. I came here as I went to the other one in Welyn garden city and it was an amazing experience, so I expected the same here. Was let down unfortunately.

Had a few things missing off the menu, but we had a lovely meal none the less.

I ate at this restaurant recently, the meal was good but expensive for a Thai meal -- £94 for a 2 course meal (2 x soup and 3 mains. No wine) - 10% was added to my bill for service charge -- I put 1£00 for payment and waited over 35 minutes for no change to be given (10% + 9% taken without even a thanks or permission -- Better value even at the Ritz) It is surprising that for the sake of the change taken illegally they have lost a customer -- I eat Thai food at least twice a month -- DISGUSTED with Sourface Squid as not only high priced but take any change due from paying the bill + a service charge -- heard the next table say "think they forgot our change" What a con -- UNRECOMMENDED :( Dont bother unless you have unwanted funds better to give it to a charity

Everything about the customer service was lovely, just as good as the Windsor branch. However, I found the food here and its presentation disappointing in comparison to their Windsor branch. I asked for vegan noodles but to add extra chilli and when the plate arrived they did say it was extra chilli, but I could not taste any. As I was with friends I hadn't met in a long time I did not want to make a fuss about anything but having said that the food was more warm than hot too. The spring rolls were for some odd reason sliced diagonally in half and way too oily. Dessert was ok but the presentation and tiny pot of melting away ice cream really let it down. So, would I return back? Most likely not. For the amount they charge, I would just expect better quality food whether the restaurant is busy or not. The staff were hands down lovely, friendly and couldn't have done a better job! The atmosphere was also really lovely. There was definitely a lack of space on the seats we sat on as there was no room for our coats, so we had to either sit on them or squash them behind which just arched our backs.

First time visiting, nice table , restuarant was not to busy at the time our group arrived , which was nice, had a meal, food came quickly which was good as we were hungry, the food we had was ok.

The atmosphere was great , the food I reckon on a medium scale, you can get better in local Thai places. Location and ambience was brilliant but shame about the food.

Got a take away. The staff were charming. Mean portions for the cost of dishes. We had salt and pepper squid to start....5 pieces of squid for £8.50!! Ridiculous, although tasty. Thai green beef curry and jasmin rice delicious but the Pad Kee Mao Prawn was massively disappointing.....bland in looks and taste and only 5 prawns. Cannot recommend. Other reviews are glowing. Maybe I was unlucky.Parking: Friday night street busy with parked cars....
