Chaotic experience while collecting takeaway. Collection time exceeded by 30 Mins. Manager couldn't cope with influx of customers for both restaurant and take away collection. Waiting staff hanging around, kitchen staff busy, take away customers relagated to move away from restaurant. No communication with people waiting to collect. Why promise a collection time when no one is checking how long customers have been waiting. Not the first time this has happened. Block time slots if you can't fulfill orders in time. Food ok.

If you would like dry chicken then go here. There pees where dry and hard. When we spoke to someone about this, we didn't get much of a reply apart from ok we will let other staff know. Won't be returningUpdateJust as we're where leaven the manager came to speak with us to say the chicken is bigger and dry out quicker and the pees are new. He has assured up we will be getting a voucher

Nice place, pity about the food and service. Stopped for lunch but the food served was stone cold and not many people to serve. Infect lots of orders were just sitting on the pass waiting!!

This Nandos is in the service station. Its the closest to our home so we visit them from time to time. The restaurant despite being in a services is fairly good. Food is the standard as you would expect from Nando's but the service staff are appauling! They couldnt be bothered which is a big big put off!

Great to have a nandos on the road and as it was a stop with work I did take away and had my food in under 10 minutes which was perfect.
Was passing this Nando’s and as I wasn’t in a hurry,I decided to say hi again to this Nando’s and go back after it’s been quite some time since I visited this location.It was a lovely dinner,the lemon and herb chicken wings were delicious,the chips were delicious too and more delicious than usual actually though Nando’s chips are always delicious and the halloumi was delicious too.The sweet chilli dip also tastes delicious too,goes really well with the halloumi and I dipped so many of my chips in there as it adds so much flavour.Therefore there could be new menu item suggestion sweet chilli coated chips.Also the service was great too,very quick service,staff were friendly too.Also decor in here is fantastic and transports you to Portugal in the middle of a service station.I love the plants in the restaurant too,they are very nice.I love the walls,paintings and lights too.They have a sink in the restaurant which is good.The water machine is slightly different here as instead of pressing a button you pull a leaver and the ice cubes were bigger.But still a nice water.They even have an outdoor seating area which is nice to see especially in the 31 degree heat.I would recommend you wash you’re hands in the Nando’s sink if you are planing on washing you’re hands before eating,I would recommend you wash you’re hands here as the actual toilets are fine but the taps are very dirty in the services toilets,but Nando’s was much cleaner.They were well organised and had a wide range of condiments available.So lucky to have a Nando’s in Beaconsfield services and certainly very effective.Would highly recommend it

Nando’s is normally a very consistently good restaurant.On this occasion it did not meet my expectations or standards for Nandos.The restaurant was half full. We hoped this meant good service and reasonably fast food.I ordered 1 drink and 2 meals.The meals arrived before the drinks. Garlic bread was what looked like cremated. Chips / chicken was not appetising to look at.We had no check back on our food for me to express these issues rather staff just hovering round the till / food service area chatting.I will return to nandos just not this branch.

Great food and quick service, it was a good sit down meal in a service station that is much better than most. Have been here before and will definitely return in the future when I'm in the area.

Arrived at 21:15 and waited for 10 minutes to be seated only to be told that they were only doing a take away service on a Monday evening as they said they got very busy during the day and running behind in cleaning before closing. At this time, there were still tables near the entrance that were available and other customers were still waiting for food. We were ready to order and knew exactly what we wanted but they insisted that it was not possible as the Manager wanted to close the restaurant before closing time at 22:00. Nonetheless we agreed to do the takeaway option.Upon placing the order, I asked Mali who served us on the till if we could sit down and wait at the booth closest to the exit whilst waiting for our food. He replied that they were closing the section so we got told to wait outside the restaurant for our food.When we came back to collect our order, there was a couple sitting in the booth that I asked about and the staff weren't fussed about them waiting there.Overall, I understand that this Nandos branch is placed in a motorway services facility and can get quite hectic during peak business hours. However what left a bitter taste is the way the staff handled the rush before closing - would be better to place more experienced staff to deal with customers or train them to provide a better customer service.
