I am disgusted, disappointed and horrified by the lack of skills the staff members display. I have visited Pizza express more than three times to dine in and eat. I have been rejected each of those times (while I can clearly see other customers dining in) I have asked why, and I am told by 9pm they don’t dine customers in, so I came today at 8:30 instead and no surprise..I was told now they have changed dining in timings to 8:30? Anyway if that’s the case then why is the customer service it self so appalling? The staff members aren’t welcoming, they aren’t apologetic or resort to a solution they’re beyond rude and arrogant. I have read countless 1 star reviews about this Pizza express and it seriously needs to be looked into. Your staff need training.

The food was as you would expect from this chain.... generally pretty good. The venue is quaint and the location is lovely.The service was a little on the slow side though, not terrible, but could definitely be better.
Another great visit. Pizza was delicious and all staff was very friendly. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed. Thank you to all the team.

We came for lunch on Father's Day, 5 adults, 3 kids. TBH we left it too late to book anywhere, this was the only place that could fit us in. Our waitress went above and beyond, she was amazing. Kids menu is very good value for money, they enjoyed their food very much. Adults pizza very enjoyable too. Considering how busy they were, they did a great job. Great place to take the kids.
