Sadly since new management taken over and a lot new staff standards of products and service have dropped considerably .All though the new manager is realy lovely women and has a welcoming smile I feel she is way to young and lacks experience for such a busy unit.I personnel feel the staff need to be trained to a higher standard they all running round like headless chickens getting orders wrong, there a lack of supervision, shouldnt have new or less experienced staff to be left to do drinks and service. I have been coming regularly to this store for over 2 years now .

Lots of hilarity amongst staff ,not saying staff should not enjoy their place of work but very noisy to customers. menu for coffee types not displayed on changing screen so could not choose unless I waited for it to appear , not good if place quiet and have to wait for coffee menu to come round to coffee menu. Flies crawling all over cake display which is open at behind the counter side , convenient for staff but more convenient for the flies. Not sure if I want to go back to costa which I am told is better coffee than the other coffee shops.

The ladies that work here are welcoming and friendly which is why I am reluctant to give only 1 star for service, However Ahmed stops this place getting 5 stars as his attitude really does suck, my advice to him is either sort your customer service skills out and stop dragging the reputation of this store down or find another job that you will be happy in.

I would like to say special Thank You for Naz, who was smiley all the way from ordering to preparing my frappe. Very good customer service, also amazing taste frappe (I had Chocolate fudge one). He made my day. Thank You

My child (2 years old) contracted Good poisoning from this costa after eating their 'famous mac and cheese' she was vommiting for over 42 hours which resulted in a hospital visit. Food is not kept to temp in their fridges and their appoloy through customer service was 'if you haven't taken a picture of the packaging we cannot help you.' I'm sorry I didn't preemptively think about salmonella when in cost coffee.

This really is a cut above the usual Costa. The staff are lovely, I was told to sit so the server could bring my toastie and coffee to my table when they were 'done'. Regulars were greeted by name. The toilet was immaculate and my table had been cleared by the time I came out of the loo. If I lived in Bletchley, this would be my haunt.

It's a bit of a cold CostaI waited in line for 25 mins to order as there was only 2 of them working flat outThey had many many ppl in line and also the delivery orders were coming in fastThey served with a smile even tho they were manic busy
Great service and good selection of the drinks/food. They were short staff on a Wednesday and they were apologetic to all customers. The service was good, however I take 1 star out of 5 as they didn’t have the Toblerone chocolate for my drink, the sugar was inexistent at the counter. While I was waiting for my drinks the 2 staff behind the till were laughing and chatting between each other and was only the guy jumping and doing all of it, while his colleagues were not in a rush.

While waiting in the queue a worker with blonde hair and beard and wearing glasses thought it was appropriate to use the F word in front of customers and nothing was said by co-workers. I think customer service training is needed here!!!!

Online orders take priority over actual physical customers, new staff, they are mostly polite but only 1 old member of staff and one new one make decent coffee.

Probably the worst Costa I've visited.. cold coffee and filthy dirty.. Wiping crumbs from the table onto the floor with a bare hand was the cleaning routine..

Worst Costa i’ve been to. Stuff seems all over the place, they look like they haven’t had a shower in a month and making your caffee.Came back and still holds the record for being the worst. One of the stuff called Ahmed has bad attitude and seems to be serving you just because he has to. If i had the power i would fire him on the spot.
