Been working in the local area for the last 2 weeks and have always been treated with great service and delightfully beautiful breakfasts by Burnham bites. Would highly recommend for a good sandwich or breakfast, will definitely use again when back in the area. Thank you so much !

Was excited to try this place as moved into the area. Lots of good reviews made me think that I was going to have some special food. Unfortunately, was very underwhelmed. The chips had a burnt hue to them, and didn’t taste the freshest. Still edible but not enjoyable to eat. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Lovely lady and lovely food!

Polite and well mannered staff which only added to what was a perfectly pleasant meal ( I ate in). I first came here about 7 years ago whilst on business in Slough so when I was back there it seemed a logical choice. A pity that the air conditioning wasn’t on especially as it was 30 degrees outside so who knows what the temperature was inside!!! A good takeaway and little restaurant.

I am afraid I cannot share the excitement of other reviewers. The chips were fine but the pies were dreadful. They were mildly warm, and thats being nice, and soggy. Whether or not they had been microwaved before being wrapped I don't know but really were not worth the money. Tired this as a one off as we usually go elsewhere and I am afraid we wont be going back

Just enjoying a really delicious chicken salad baguette that I picked up for lunch from Burnham Bites. A nice crusty baguette, carefully made to order, the chicken tastes freshly roasted and there is a good portion of salad in the filling. So much tastier and nicer than a supermarket sandwich. This was my first visit, and I will certainly be coming back!Vegetarian options: The cafe offers vegetarian options such as veggie fillings for sandwiches, jacket poatoes, quiche etc

Love the jacket patatoes from Burnham Bites. They also do a lovely omelette too. Not your typical greasy cafe as it has a lot of class! Very clean and tidy plus a lovely atmosphere.

Stayed in Slough over a weekend to visit Legoland. Read a few reviews and decided to visit here for dinner. With no expectations other than to have a simple chippy dinner (2 adults/2 children), we were greeted with a very busy shop. The queue was nearly out of the door (which is always a good thing). We wanted to eat in (there is 4 tables towards the back). We asked and were told to take a seat and someone would be over. Alternatively you could queue up, order and then take a seat. Our order was taken and the food arrived some 10 mins later. The fish was excellent. Batter was light and tasty, not at all heavy or greasy. The chips were piping hot and a generous portion. The tartare sauce was fab too. The kids meals are excellent value for money at around £4 for main, chips and a drink. Excellent quality food, great value and service. ?

Burnham Fish & Chips serve up the freshest, best tasting fish & chips that you will find anywhere. All done by family staff who are extremely well organised and good at their jobs. The Haddock in breadcrumbs will not be bettered wherever you go !!!!

Amazing fish & chips, in fact one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend them for their food, and exceptional customer service. Will be visiting again.
