The service and food is really really nice, there aren’t many good coffee shops like this nearby.My only criticism is they don’t cater for people with food allergies a lot, it does say on the menu gluten free alternatives but it was only the sandwiches which my partner had an intolerance to something in the bread.

The best croissants ever! I’ve got into a bad habit of walking over for an oat latte and blueberry croissant. They really are the best! flakey, buttery and filled with scrumptious jam. Staff are always welcoming and the aesthetics are beautiful!

We absolutely love Heirloom. There is a huge selection of delicious baked goodies, including vegan options, my favourite is the birthday cake blondie (yum!) We’ve also had several cakes made here too, including my daughters 1st birthday cake, which was absolutely amazing. I love it here so much I sometimes drive over from Leighton Buzzard just for a coffee!

Sweet little gift shop / cafe, one table for two inside and a few tables outside as well. Best cup of tea I’ve had in a while and the salted caramel brownie was so good I bought some to take away as well. Friendly staff, nice mellow vibe in this place.
Been here a few times in the past...Food was OK.....coffee wasn't that great though.

Ordered a box of brownies for local delivery for friends who are new parents. The staff were so friendly helping me place the order over the phone. Super quick service with same day order and delivery. They even included my special request with a small card and message. You really helped me help make my friends day- so thank you very much! And of course the brownies are delicious!

Extremely disappointing, and extremely overpriced. Came in here early on Saturday morning and ordered 2 vegan sausage sandwiches, 1 burrito wrap, 1 vegan sausage roll & 1 bread and butter pudding slice.For one of the vegan sausage sandwiches, I asked for chipotle sauce (recommended by the girl serving us) to be put on the side, and for halloumi to be added. Instead I received two slices of dry bread with three sausages inside. No sauce at all. No halloumi. Just dry bread with 3 dry sausages.The other sausage sandwich was average at best. Even with the sauce, was still pretty dry.The wrap was ok - but it turned out to have halloumi inside. This must've been where my missing halloumi had been!The vegan sausage roll was again, dry. And the bread & butter pudding slice... well, it was inedible.There were two young girls (perfectly nice) working - one in the kitchen & one serving. They didn't really seem to know what was going on - there was a whole kerfuffle that we witnessed whilst waiting for our food to be made (which also took a v. long time) whereby a customers order couldn't be found (something they ordered online it seemed). The girls didn't appear equipped to handle it and/or know what was going on really.V disappointing and won't be returning.
