At Westfield branch was actually quiet for once. Staff were talking to each other ,waited a minute then asked if any were actually were serving and a staff member just walked away so walked out and went to Black Sheep next door ,served immediately, seemed appropriate!

I’ve been visiting this cafe for many months, great coffee however the staff can be abrupt and rude, they do not exchange any pleasantries or even say thank you or good morning, considering the customer pays their wages. This has happened many many times and I didn’t realise what was going on until I paid attention to it more. Surely it’s not my colour is it? I can’t find any other or valid discrepancy.

I just wanted to say how much I love this coffee shop. The staff are all delightful. They remember how I like my coffee and always check in with me by asking how I am. I want to give a special shout out to ELLISA, Cameron, Daniel, Charlie, LuLu. Together they have created such a welcoming and warm atmosphere.

I've been to this cafe several times, but I tend to avoid this place more and more often now. There is a one young girl named Ellisa who works there and is extremely mean, rude and is also clearly discriminating against my foreign accent. Many times I ignored this and tried to avoid the person or order my coffee via the app to avoid confronting this person directly. Then I came to the conclusion that I have as much right as anyone else to drink coffee in any place I want and also pay for my service in cash which you can’t do while using the application. So I was still visiting.. However, this girl's attitude towards customers/me continued extremely rude and that's why I decided to write a few words here.My last visit to this place took place on Friday around 1 pm. I had a pretty bad and hard day at work and decided to go for a coffee at Nero's before my next job. But that was a huge mistake on my part, because this girl only made me feel even worse, like someone who is worse, inferior person ,she didn't even stop herself to show me her reluctance in her gaze, it was really a very difficult experience and instead of having a nice treat, I ruined the rest of my afternoon. Fortunately, I went to Wenzel next door for a sandwich and received such a wonderful service there that I genuinely shuddered with happiness. It's a pity that Miss Ellisa, who probably hates her job and probably doesn't like herself too, takes on customers who just want a little respect, nobody comes to this place and does not extort coffee for free, and pays for the drink honestly! It’s a scandal that you employ such a mean personnel, at that day there was another girl who was quite rude too, apart from the one I mentioned above! You lose a lot of customers because of this…

Nice place to have a coffee with your friends but if you are planning to sit with your clients and have a meeting then I wouldn't recommend.
