Must hire more people! We queued for 10 minutes watching the poor lonely barista lady manage the entire cafe on her own without any help. Trying to refill coffee machines unable to serve anyone while the queue got bigger and bigger. Waited and left. Management should be sacked!

All staff with the exception of Francesca, are lame, and clearly have no idea what they are doing. One of the members has to keep on referring to a chart on how to make all drinks, and they always have an odd taste to them. The others are slow and act like they are busy, when all they have to do is make coffee.Someone I know once went in there to get a simple frappe, they took ages to make it, and then slid it across the counter at her. When she took it, it looked quite runny, when it should have been creamy. She went to put the straw to her lips and the lid fell off it! It spilt all down her top, trousers and the table. The colleague could have mentioned that the lid is loose, but no, would rather have dissatisfied customers.Another time I went in to get a medium iced latte, and clearly received a small, I questioned the worker, who didn’t even turn around, and said that is was a medium, when it clearly wasn’t.The service here is absolutely abysmal. Would expect better from such a reputable company. Very disappointed ?Also Francesca is great. Amazing service and personalised attention from her!

Swift service by the entire team. The mgr here was exceptional. My order was error free and very efficient. I managed to get my coffee and catch my train with ease. I used a voucher from Xmas and without even asking the mgr shared a print out of what I’d used and how many beans I had left. Such a good service. Thank you.

This Costa Cafe within Gerrards Cross Buckinghamshire England, is a busy but stylish place to stop and relax. It’s situated not far from train Station , which services Chiltern line. So a great cafe to have a hot / cold drink or snack too , before looking around locally, or take route by train to London. It’s staff are always pleasant, and attentive too. Lots of clean and tidy seating area as well. Wide range of snacks from hot served sandwiches, or Rolls to cakes ! Great for tourists , families and is wheelchair accessible too. All in all worth a visit !

Staff helpful but never seem enough. Went in today for porridge they don’t sell it in GX branch anymore & only a breakfast pastries which looked a tad tired so unfortunately didn’t stay this morning but it is my sons go to for his favourite cheese & tomato toasties so will go back for that as he loves them
Efficient staff but nowhere near enough of them. This very busy coffee house is swamped due to lack of staff and an awful layout.

Had a lovely Post run treat here today. There was a great range of cakes and hot drinks. The whole place seemed clean and well presented. There's seating inside and a limited amount outside. The service was pretty quick and staff very friendly.
